  • Shoulder press machine: 3 sets
  • Superset:
    • DB laterals: 2 sets
    • DB front raise: 2 sets
  • Deltoid raise machine: 2 sets
My left shoulder feels less bad, so I did as much weight as I could without getting any clicks, pops, or sensations of instability. It went okay.

  • Push-ups: BWx102 (PR), BWx61
  • Triset:
    • DB hammer curls: 25x30
    • DB rolling triceps extensions: 25x30
    • DB fly: 25x30
  • Bike ride: 16.0 miles (743 kcal)
Deadlift day was time limited.

That's a great shoulder rehab program. I've used it a lot and it has definitely helped.
