Yeah, I avoided a disaster. My first inclination was to buy some popcorn and make a bowl of it drowned in butter, but thankfully the stores were closed. I also staved off the desire for fast food. I just need to keep my beer consumption at 2 or less, otherwise things could get out of control.

Ate a bit too much this week, plus I think I retain a bit of water when I eat rice. I weighed 210.8 lbs. a few days before I started eating the rice, so I know I'm still losing at a reasonable pace. I may start doing weight checks every 2 weeks instead of each week, as I'm not losing a lot each week, plus my weight fluctuates a lot.
Anyway, I have 7 more weeks until the new year starts, and I'm only 6.6 lbs away from my year-end goal of 205. I have an outside chance of getting below 200 lbs., but with holidays coming that's doubtful.
