Yeah it’s kinda weird because I told myself I’m gonna diet and get myself back on track after my injury. However, I decided to have a chill diet and hit the gym hard AF. Kinda funny how things work out. It made me realize how much Emphasis I’ve put on dieting in the past and Neglected/ Went thru the motions of my own training. Now my plan is to slowly gain more size then shred some off before summer the right way. Still got some vein action, not fat enough.
