You are not that off bro. She said my hips were wide. My Android/Gynoid Ratio was higher than my 6'3" 300 pound buddy.

Anyways I am still looking over the report. This is complicated. But to not keep you waiting anymore, my stored bodyfat came in at 14.3%. If you include essential fat in my ears, brain, etc etc my total bodyfat is around 18%.

I believe that number is correct. Calories down to 2300. Volume? Upping da dose. Also sending a PM to Countryroads. Trenbolona on its way.

Shocking that eating 4K calories for 6 months could make your body fat shoot up.

My test took five minutes and was 100% accurate loco threw away money on shoddy bodpod tests. But at least DEXA has revealed the truth.

Who will get DEXAd next? I will do it next time instead of bodpod but am thinking the next eval should come in 3-6 months.

So we are putting you at 14.3%? Brutal...

Spoiler:
...how accurate our visual estimates were. No need to waste money on bodpod/DEXAS fellas. Just have H&F give you their visual estimate and you will be golden

Damn girl explained the Android/Gynoid ratio incorrectly. Basically I am carrying more fat in my belly relative to my hips. This is an indicator of high visceral fat and Hispanics do indeed normally come high on this ratio.

Even though I am fat, my total bodyfat is still in the top6 percentile for my age. And my arms are in the top2 percentile. Everyone fat, we must cut.

Pretty sure you can get down to 10% relatively quickly; this isn't the end of the world. This is pretty much where you thought you were, right?

I am obviously devastated by the news. But I think they are accurate. I will cut to 160 for now. Goodbye all my PRs. But I have long history of family disease, so must keep this gut in check. The fat suffocating my organs. It's a sad day. But the truth will set us free.

2 months to cut, then slow bulk, easy peasy.

You'll be back to where you were lifting wise soon enough, don't worry.

Nonsense. More than one H&Fer has hit PRs while on a cut, some deep into their cut. I was hitting PRs until Hawaii. You need to recomp. Might take longer, but don't have to sacrifice your strength or PRs.

idk why you're making these decisions based on anything other than blood test results.

He tried that and got so pudgy that I can barely beat off to his noodz anymore; he's got to get back down to his fighting weight and bulk up a bit slower. No more of this "3500 calories is the magic number" bull****, especially when you weigh ****ing 160 lbs and have tortillas and guacamole woven into the DNA of your abdominal fat cells.

14.3%

Devastating news? No.
Surprising news No.
Bodpod is shiet? Yes.

loco, if I were you, I'd still bulk for a few weeks and get to 15-16%, set a few PR's while at it, and then cut back to 10-11%.
Rinse and repeat for a year or two.
Roughly 20 weeks bulking followed by a 10 weeks cutting.

Maximum of 300-500 kcal / day surplus when gaining, 500 kcal / day deficit when losing.
Back to basics.
Ez game.

Also,

8% Bodpod vs 14% Dexa.

Does that mean that kc is 21% and fakebusto 16%?

Spoiler:
or that yugo is 23%??
