It's hard to say for sure, but this has to be one of my favourite threads.

Not ignoring you Snitch, it's just I am busy at the moment. I only got about 6 weeks before the big showdown in the Big D vs spenda.

If I lose I might be depressed and call off the fight. I need to book a win real bad.

Maybe, in lieu of having loco fly halfway around the world to get the **** beaten out of him by a half crippled bald ginger bogan, we should set up a loco/Floppy boxing match for December 2018 . . . Floppy's going to be lifting heavier in the coming year and should be exiting the Ant weight class shortly and packing on some realLBM, clearly has WIM to spare, and that he is both older and will likely be slightly lighter will give loco no reasonable excuses to make.

Floppy,

Seems like putting a few hundred down at those odds is kind of a no brainer! The vig seems a bit steep, though.

Yeah, those odds are really attractive! If only I weren't allergic to getting punched in the face.

Floppy,

I'm pretty sure that won't be a concern in this case.

Correction Loco, challenge wouldn't be fair as I'm in boot camp and will be running 25 miles a week. In addition, I did offer terms, you declined. I was the winner by default.

Floppy, I'm not familiar with your training history, but I do have one simple trick to beating loco in a boxing match. Coaches hate this one simple trick! I will divulge it here for you today for FREE!

The secret to beating loco in a boxing match, is having literally more than zero boxing experience!

The way to achieve this is to go to a boxing gym and do literally more than zero boxing training!

You've been killing it on the running gainz and training lately. That picture gave me one question though: do you even posterior chain? That ass looks non-existant. It may just generally be a bad photo, i.e. wearing jeans, top of a pullup, etc. But I think if you can develop the booty to at least 50% of genetic potential (up from <10), you may see some more upper body gainz again.

Just a bad pic.

Glutes are actually at 70% of potential. Hamstring are the problem, but look at the programming . It addresses my weaknesses.

Tons of pullups and deadlift/deadlift variation 3x a week.

Just like thremp, weasel your way out by making unrealistic requirements. My last offer was "you pick whatever distance you want and both spenda and I will run it." It was crickets from you.

We are minutes ahead of you on 5k and mile run now. Sad you got left behind bro.

21 pullups (PR)

Is this the highest natty total in S&F history? Quite possibly my friends. Ship it. Who cares about lat width, look at all the natty youTubers with 20+ pullups, including the army guys. They all DYELS, it's drugs that get you the big back. When will the rest of the world see the realities of natty training? They all blinded by the coming of steroids and it's effects on sports and television.

Your ability to defeat a strawman of your own creation remains as impressive as ever.

Nice pull-ups, though.

Great work!

So I gotta run 5:29 and do 25 chins and get the added pleasure of you bitching about my weight for the next year. Love it.

I counted 15 before you started to create momentum with your knees. 15 is good though - I only did 17 the other day and I’m 7 years older than you so have had the advantage of more years of training. You’ll get there

I actually think my pullups are as good as realb's, he died but EVO can be the judge. They are definitely better than everyone else on the whiteboard and they mostly submitting chins. We await your submission, we saw EV's 30 PULLUPS and it was a dumpster grease fire.

But I won't submit til I get 25 and of course a comparison lat spread with realb, followed of course by

Spoiler:

On many of the reps, on your way up it seems like you kind of lean to your left. What's up with that?

Realb noticed that many moons ago. My left lat is stronger and even when I run my right lat doesn't activate as much. There is a certain pose where the differences are visually noticeable, more beef on the left side.
