You have zero shot. There is another so far ahead of you, he is the favorite. You got no heart, no way you drawing live in this competition.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

S&Fs first fittest man competition is based on the tactical strength challenge. You can look it up. However I made some slight changes to cater to our runners.

Max deadlift 1RM
Max chins
Mile run

I would consider changing mile run to 5k run. And I really wanted to add an aesthetics component or a press but I don't want the competition to lean to some of my strengths. Also don't want to make it upperbody heavy. Honestly I think adding a front aesthetics nood would make it fair to all and a true fittest man competition (deadlift lowerbody strength, chins upperbody strength, running cardio, and front aesthetics to make sure the upperbody/lowerbody push muscles are not ignored).

The way it's setup with only deadlift/chins/cardio it's going to be dominated by the pokerRon's of the world. Little twerps would have too much inherent advantage. But it can be tweaked in the future.

All in same day?

We accept word as bond? Or is video proof required?

Seems way too easy

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

I mean i agree if you ever ran, you would dominate it for years. Even EV would be a strong candidate if he had any heart. He has picked up 375 off the floor, like it was a booger. He runs 5x a week and use to log 30 rep pull-ups (lol).

Yeah first year is going to be kinda of weak especially since I am coming off a recent disk herniation. But there other contenders and I think in a couple of years we can get a decent 405/5:20/25 line.

That would be a legit line

Any video proof of these 30 rep pull ups? Or are we assuming they cut out the worthless part of the ROM as usual?

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

Well there is no reason to not mention my true arch rival. Little twerp really sneaked up on me. He has a very innocent log title so I didn't really check it much. Even when I am not logging, I am very good about reading most logs. But like I said, with that log title I just didn't bother and assumed recovering from some disease.

Alas it was a brutal mistake. I am competitive, I see monte's press getting up there and of course I have to hit it at 30 pounds lighter. I see EV running miles and I have to run faster. But this little twerp really hit me with a 1,2 punch with the innocent log title and while I was drinking away my sorrows recovering from the back injury.

Still though, he is going to have to put up decent numbers. He will need 20 chins, I hit 19 last November. And he will need at least a 5:45 mile (I hit 5:58 last year). And he doesn't even lowerbody, so it's not going to be super easy to hit 345+ deadlift for a 150lb twerp. I am also willing to cut down to ultratinybro to get whatever edge I need. Coming Jan10, S&Fs first fittest man competition. Calling out ExpectedV, Montecore, pummi, pokerron, fakeb, etc etc. Who will rise to the challenge? Crickets of course, but the twerp didn't back down. He said sure, name the terms. Unlike EV who wants home field advantage and to pick a certain mile on a hilly course (lol).

The challenger is

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

You pressed 175 pounds? And having ROM that is 50% less than mine is also a consideration, but that's something to mention on the off chance that you're not totally trolling.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

I only wish we can somehow convert your C2 rowing to an equivalent mile run, so then you would have zero excuses to get smoked in this competition.

I have no disrespect for other forms, they legit. But mile run or 5k is best I could come up with.

I could participate in this competition, but I think it would be more fun to just let you post your best placement and I'll do whatever would one up you.

Just to keep you humble of course.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

That's fine, that's the goal. I am going to be 40 next month and I would hope I don't dominate this.

The haters will come out, but know this. Put up some good numbers in this and your life will be much better. You will be a much better version of yourself. It's no coincidence, spenda has mind blowing momentum right now and I am positive he is crushing other parts of his life.

That's the main goal. Get back to crushing life instead of binging alcohol and GOT. This summer was pathetic, I need to make Thremp look like a poor. And that all starts in the gym, everything else takes care of itself.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

I'm planning to pull 405+ by EOY, and I could bang out 20+ chins right now.

6:30 mile run seems attainable doing essentially nothing to prepare.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

I have to look at the point system on tactical strength challenge, but even a 6:15 mile would be so poor that IMO you can't win even if you do well in the other two. 405 deadlift would be enough, that's for sure.

And also, for you running donks. Getting to a 6min mile is easy but then cutting off 15-20s off that is brutal.

People lol'ing at how easy a 6:30 outdoor mile is? That either makes me feel really bad about myself or makes me want to bet a lot of money on this.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

Yeah obviously someone who does fat man pull-ups is going to check in and be disappointed.

And someone whose cardio consists of walking is going to agree.

Weak. Let's get to 5 real pull-ups dt. And maybe 15:00 min mile pace for the walks would be better, g4s.

I don't see any difference between outdoor track and treadmill at 1deg.

But massive difference if there are elevation changes outside, even slight.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

Walking is elite, and that's actually about the pace that I walk at. But maybe I could step it up further or even run. I just don't know why I'd want to...

It's tough carrying around all this lean body mass though, trust me.

Re: Loco's Log: Switching to Natty

walking is great, i just dont think it should be logged. we were born to walk and doing plenty of it everyday is just a basic necessity.

i wouldnt run either if i were you. but i would do very light hiking, great cardio benefits and awesome to see the great outdoors.
