lol fair enough. It looks like melted ice cream but a chunk of a delicious flavored melting butter makes sense, duh.

Those greens look delicious. I havn't had "fancy" spinach and sprouts in awhile.

Fack man I am so stuffed right now. I am going to look for a coffee (black of course).

I am telling you this whole obesity problem is close to 100% due to incorrect food choices leading to addiction. I was recently banned from HiFi's log because I called her out on ignorance. And she claims disease and that she is really in good shape. But then she keeps logging shiet show days. Loves the mango juice, bread, and dessert. You can't win my friends if those are your staples. Eat a whole mango if that's what you like, for the love of God. And pass on the facking toast, it tastes like shiet.

Of God, I am so stuffed right. I kind of over did it. Mindblowing how these lean steak 1000 calorie meals are equivalent to a milk shake but three million times more filling.

I ate about 4.5k calories in one sitting yesterday in your honor, my bro. Post DL sesh and I've been too busy to even sit and eat until actually full for like 10 days. 2 large thin crust pizzas, some Japan style salmon, 2 burgers, and some weird rice and cheese dish.

Today I'm going to eat about 4lbs of white fish, white potatoes, and some pineapple only.

Donk move is eating filet without a sauce. That's just a crime against humanity. W

Agree on regular, crappy toast/breads. 1/10, 2/10 at best. Awesome bread though...that is just out of this world ****ing good. 9/10. Of course, that is not what most fatties eat.

One thing I'm discovering is how fat virtually everyone is. By virtually everyone I mean all non-athletics who aren't ectomorphs. The median bodyfat % in the western world has shot up so high that people who are like 29% bf are sitting pretty, getting laid more than most, and thinking that they look all right.

I'm down to 146.5 as of this morning. I originally expected that I'd need to lean down to like 140 in order to justify beginning to eat a caloric surplus. By which I meant something like 16-18% bf. Now I'm looking in the mirror and seeing how much farther away that is than I thought. I'll easily need to get to 135 in order to not be fat, maybe even lower than that.

Living in Cambodia for a few years, I should have realized this sooner. Lots of locals here who are about my height (5'5"/165cm), and they easily weigh a buck twenty.

Yeah, but I think previously my mindset was that Asians were too skinny. It didn't occur to me that I'd want to approach that level of skinny in order to meet my goals.

I wouldn't know, it's not very popular in USA. Am I supposed do tell the cook to come up with something? That would probably be nasty. The American steakhouse way hardly ever has a sauce. Not saying that's superior, just saying I am in America bro.

That's exactly how I felt when I first started working out. You got a long ways to go bro. You barely learning about cbets and double/triple barrels. You don't even know about three betting light and floating, yet.

I hate how all the fatties or eat a lot champions talk a good game about eating. But all they can eat is pure junk. Two large pizzas? Lame. I could eat that.

What the people forget is that I know exactly about this overeating problem. I was told to eat 4000 calories a day. I did and I only could do it when I added ice cream and bread pudding. Then it was easy and then it led to addiction. I ate bread pudding everyday for almost two months. And it was super hard to give it up and go back to being a Leanie. I can't imagine being YTF and being addicted by parents at age 4 and then having to fix it at age 47. Almost not possible, I understand YTF. I understand.

Been there, done that. We basically solved obesity on this forum, not sure why we ain't all drinking the kool-aid (sugar free of course). It must be the addiction is too powerful when you let it go for decades.

loco you know damn well I could eat like 36oz of steak. eat a lot champion 2007, sir. No longer tho. I am on essentially the loco yelling diet, but where everything is k instead of mad and yelly.

But on a more serious note, all eating depends on ime is who you hang out with and taking a few weeks to get used to whatever is new.

Also, and even more seriously, where tf are you guys eating steak where they can't make a sauce? Hint: a place where you shouldn't be eating steak.

K.

You can't yell at the clouds til you a Leanie and stay that way. Yo-yo no good.

You guys get a sauce at Fogo/Texas de Brazil?

Exactly. There some places in America where you just go all meat. This includes BBQ also. But in BBQ, I have found it almost universal that the best spots never put the sauce on. Sure there will be a bottle on the side, but you really don't need it. My guess is Euros got used to sauces because the meat quality is poor.

Wrong in so many ways.

I like the Arby's. Solid healthy choices all over the menu.

Jack in the Box is the worst. Even a man with my infinite experience manipulating restaurant food in order to make it edible for health and fitness purposes, has trouble with Jack in the Crack. Pass.

Re: fat muricans

I remember a couple of years back i drove past my high school for a bit of nostalgia. I graduated in the 70s. I honestly wasnt even looking for this, and it was pre-me joining this forum, but i was immediately shocked by the huge percentage of very overweight students. It wasnt even close to like that when i was in high school

To elaborate, normal sliced bread is between 80-110 cals per slice, and with them you can construct sandwiches. Sandwiches are good, and they're pretty key for on the go people. They complain they are too busy and thus opt for fast food, but a homemade turkey or tuna sandwich is an easy 500 Cal meal with good macros and no one isn't satisfied after eating a solid sandwich.

Hi man

You just ruined a good sandwich by using white sliced plastic bread...

Brötchen or baguette or foccacia. The bread makes the sandwich imo..

But what you said about the calories was spot on.

If you're trying to manage calories, the 50-100 calorie per slice industrial bread serves well enough. A baguette or foccacia roll can be hundreds of calories.

That reminds me, I am making some homemade burgers tomorrow. I found a solid bun on Amazon. They are called Martin's rolls (lol). 130 cals 7 g protein. Not going to lie, they kinda of tasty.

I will be using some butter for juiciness and possibly bun toasting. Going to make them 10 oz beef. Fack man I think they going to be close to 1000 cals if use double cheese (definitely going double patty, 5oz each).

Is a 5oz patty too big if it's going to be a double? The rolls are kinda of small. I cannot go single patty unless it's 8oz minimum.

Might just have to make them 4oz each for now (Wendy's and McDonald's style and see how the bun holds). The main objective is to use only one set of buns and to fill up the individuals. Super tough. It's like you can't juggle too much. The meat has to be 85% lean or worst to taste well. But then the calories start adding up fast and we must absolutely stay under 1000 and even better, under 800.

Of course no mayo anywhere in the house. These gotta be juicy or it's going to be a FAIL.

This wildebeest has a breads problem. Everytime he goes out with the wife to the Italian restaurant, he be all over the bread n olive oil. Honestly I don't know how he remains full on his diet. Mine is much much more meat heavy. But I lift, so there is that.

You want to do this for life wildebeest? Not just a wedding? MOAR meat. MOAR exercise.
