I still have issues with it and the squat. That reminds me that I need to film side view of deadlift. Pretty sure there will be some lumbar rounding and of course the ever present upper back rounding. And I agree I don't hump the bar at all. I guess I just forget because on the dimel deadlifts I do try to get my hips through.

loco,

Rip's tip for extending your lumbar is pretty awesome imo: point your dick towards the floor, brace your abs hard as ****. I might have said this ITT already, can't remember since I'm old.

I was 155 this morning, again. Had 7000 calories the last two days.
Blows. But just training hard after Aidan and Soulman said I was looking fatty in my recent pics.

He might be on to something. I have been eating 120+ g of fat per day and not gaining weight. Probably need to load up on them crabs.

so his diet is not 100% confirmed crap? i bet you'd feel differently if he was slathering his cheese with mayo instead of butter

yeah, the rack position can cause wrist and elbow issues. I think tricep flexibility has a lot to do with racking. I know tricep adhesions have a lot to do with elbow problems. imo, racking + elbow issues = tricep adhesions. Forearm adhesions will lead to wrist issues more than elbow issues imo.

Do not even Lift. I have been too busy. Back in the states.

Actually I haven't been "too busy." That excuse is pathetic. It's not like we are ever too busy to shower. It's just that I am traveling with my girlfriend and she already thinks I am obsessive about my training. But I figured if I take a few days off she will think I am normal. So in the meantime I have been rolling and I got a big band at Walmart that allows me to do stretches and mobility stuff in the hotel.

As always, Cha was right about my elbow. I unpacked my baseball and used it the other day. Just so everybody knows, my Lacrosse balls were confiscated by Mexican authorities a few months back. They said lacrosse balls are on the prohibited carryon item list. So got a baseball in Panama. Anyways like I was saying my elbow was still bothering me. I thought it might be my forearm because the tendon was messed up on that side. But that has fully recovered. So as I took the baseball out of the luggage, I saw an apparition of some old man that looked like Cha and said "try the facking tricep you idiot." It was certainly a meaner Cha. At first I didn't feel anything but then bam!!! This whole area of my tricep was messed up. I mean significant pain when the baseball pushed up to it. The right tricep a little as well but nowhere as bad as the left tricep. I usually only find adhesions on my mid/upper back but these were an extraordinary find because of their size and pain. So been attacking them the last couple of days. Should be back up and running and benching 300 in no time.

Did they say why lacrosse balls are prohibited?

They look suspiciously like WMDs to me.

Taking a few days off might be good for you either way broco.

Deadlift 260x5, 260xf, 280x1 (mixed grip), 225x10 (mixed grip)

Failed the second set of 260x5. Depressed. I blame the fat bars and the cold weather in USA#1. I couldn't hold on to the bar.
Speed deadlifts 5x3 185
Zercher Squats 160x8 175x8

Filmed these. They were light. That's because I setup too high. Knees are not caving. My squat has improved recently thanks to KC. My deadlift blows though. I almost want to give up on deadlift.

Too magicky.

on finding some really gnarly spots. As I say and will keep saying, SMR is like 50% doing it and 50% finding the right angle/spots.

They said the balls were on the prohibited list. I said " lacrosse balls? are you sure?" She said yes and can show me the list of prohibited items. I told her in USA#1 the balls are fine to carryon but I didn't call her bluff because I am sure she doesn't know what lacrosse even is. Probably has unidentified pelotas somewhere on the list.

I kind of like my baseball now. The seams give it a new dimension and its harder.

Went to the globalgym and left 30min later on full blown monkey tilt. Nonstop GGO and everyone text messaging and yapping on their phone. USA#1 gyms blow. Mother****er was on the squat rack supersetting curls and lat pulldowns and some weird looking rear laterals. He finally left while I was in the bathroom flexing my abs. Then some black dude takes over the squat rack. Looks like he is going to squat so I get excited about working in with him. He does 1/4 squats with pussy pad. I decide to stretch and do mobility stuff. When I am not looking another dude starts curling in the rack. Ridiculous. I left in a real bad mood.

Had a smothered burrito with a pound of guacamole for lunch. Had Popeyes chicken for dinner. And just had a few beers and some fried **** as a snack. Falling apart.

Went to a gym with two squat racks. The curl bros were not going to hold me back today.

LOWER I

HBBS 2x5 195 175x10

The videos are below. I think my form is passable. I still forget cues all the time but working on it. Looks like my left knee is more out than my right. Weird because its my left leg that I have been doing slightly more mobility work because its jacked up. I should look at old videos to see if this has always been the case.

1-arm DB Swings 2x10 65

Technogym Machine Leg Press 240x10 280x10 300x10

This machine is WOAT. Do not use. Stay away.
