In breaking news,

Spenda broke his leg. The competition is over, it was an epic battle. I went to the hospital with heart alike symptoms ($10,000 bill). And he eventually broke his leg. Two warriors with big hearts. I hate to win by DQ, but a win is a win.

My final numbers will settle in this next week, I will have S&Fs fastest mile, fastest current 5k, and current highest natty pullup total. A weaksauce deadlift but still 2x bodyweight.

Spoiler:

Spoiler:

New record is 2-1 (wins vs spenda and EV and loss vs fakeb). Not sure what the future holds, I know the people want the Snitch boxing fight but there are other options. A meat eat off vs one of the bigboys (G4S/downtown/Cha)? A lean off vs G4S? Many, many options. But I leaning on coming after pokerrons 5k PR of 19:11. Gaining 13kg for Snitch looks appetizing but unappealing and he is currently 90kg with holiday bloat, may have to pass.

I don't want to insult you, but even with a busted leg, I'd still put my money on Spenda

He is a warrior, I would not be surprised he shows up at my 5k race with a stress fracture. He like Niki Lauda, won't give it up. Will show up all stitched up and still race.

I realize that and will continue hitting it hard and probably go after pokerron so spenda stays in the rearview mirror.

He could get the entire leg amputated. Still gonna win if you get pulled off the track halfway and stuck in hospital getting $10k of EKGs

Yeah man, I got my bill. $9600. They calling already too. My sister says to send them $50 a month for a while and then neogotiate a settlement.

Certainly easier than not having insurance!

Brutal. Just let them know upfront you've welched on bigger bets than your medical bill so they know not to expect a dime

Lol at welshing on 10 dimes. Don't you leave that in rental cars on the reg? Chump change

Of course I am paying, but I am a cash paying customer who was basically misdiagnosed. The overinflated bill is for the insurance company.

They will get $50 for a few months though. Make them sweat a little.

~$3k should do it, easily. Better than that will probably take more time than it's worth. I don't think waiting helps.

A meat eat off seems like a good option. I'm in.

You should probably stay in your lane for a lean off, because even if you 'win' that it'll be with 100lbs less LBM, and even you aren't that delusional to think that could ever be a win.

1/1
Weight 157
Pullups 23 (PR)
Easy run 4 miles 32:48

Pretty sure I did 24 pullups but not sure and did not video.

Easy run is showing promising data. Average heart rate was 135. I am off programming til I get back from Asia. I will still probably log some shiet workouts and of course my mile run and 5k race.

Still haven't found the ideal conditions for my run. I get to vegas at 1am but then I leave at 7am. Also my Bluetooth earphones have gone haywire and currently not working.

Cha has no shot at a meat off. I can eat more meat than him and I'd have no shot.

1/2

The track can be a lonely place.

Nobody is there. I am not chasing spenda anymore, he broke his leg. EV is at home sleeping. Motivation was weak. I did see fakeb in the stands rooting for me.

Mile test run 5:23 (PR)
Splits
400m 1:19
800m 2:38
1200m 4:03
1400m 4:43
1609m ????

Watch malfunction at the finish line!!!! Fack!! But trust me my friends, I went all out. 100% chance I hit my top speed. I was flying. I hit anywhere from 36s to 40s for the last 209m.

I am going to give myself 5:23, but I honestly think 5:20 might have been hit. I am happy with this time and I am moving on to 5k training. Pretty sure I can later hit 5:15 mile by just getting better at 5ks.

Congratulations!(?) I guess that's a good result? Are you planning on actually lifting at all this year, or just Jefferson deadlifting your way into a yearlong stay at the all inclusive SALTS resort?

With all the time you put into training and into which watch to use, this outcome is pretty lol. Seems very fast to me and I'm sure I'll never hit it. Onward and upward to 5k time!

Damn right I was in the stands rooting for you. Great job loco. Really an incredible accomplishment for a man of your age.

I haven't formulated my goals yet because I have this 5k run happening next weekend. But I am sure I am going to have 405 deadlift in the 2018 goals at around 160 bodyweight. I am liking the running so I am hesitant to give it up.

I am thinking
19:11 5K
405 deadlift
28 pullups (break Evo's record)

But I am not sure yet, still want a piece of snitch. But I am liking my sub160 physique. Still getting baseball bat boner erections, so a sign that I am healthy and not too lean.

Yeah it sux man. I had short shorts on this morning. Gotta a haircut so I don't have to wear a hat. Light dry shirt. 4oz shoes. And didn't drink too much water. Also had truly wireless headphones and I has music on my watch (no phone needed).

And last minute had multiple malfunctions. Right wireless bud froze last night in 15 degree weather. I pressed the manual lap at the finish line and then I stopped. So now I only needed to save the session. As I pressed to save, I was still so frantic that I must have accidently erased it. Facking brutal. The only time I saw was 5:29, but that was after marking the manual lap, coming to a stop and pressing the save button for three seconds. All we know is somewhere between 5:18 and 5:27. At some of these 5k races they have one mile events. Very tempted to do one next week. With a pacer and racing encironment I would think I am a lock to get 5:20.

Willing to fly from Mexico to Brazil to catch me on holidays, but not from Asia (which is basically North Australia) to Australia on your own schedule? Cry more uncle.
