I haven't formulated my goals yet because I have this 5k run happening next weekend. But I am sure I am going to have 405 deadlift in the 2018 goals at around 160 bodyweight. I am liking the running so I am hesitant to give it up.
I am thinking
19:11 5K
405 deadlift
28 pullups (break Evo's record)
But I am not sure yet, still want a piece of snitch. But I am liking my sub160 physique. Still getting baseball bat boner erections, so a sign that I am healthy and not too lean.

Yeah it sux man. I had short shorts on this morning. Gotta a haircut so I don't have to wear a hat. Light dry shirt. 4oz shoes. And didn't drink too much water. Also had truly wireless headphones and I has music on my watch (no phone needed).
And last minute had multiple malfunctions. Right wireless bud froze last night in 15 degree weather. I pressed the manual lap at the finish line and then I stopped. So now I only needed to save the session. As I pressed to save, I was still so frantic that I must have accidently erased it. Facking brutal. The only time I saw was 5:29, but that was after marking the manual lap, coming to a stop and pressing the save button for three seconds. All we know is somewhere between 5:18 and 5:27. At some of these 5k races they have one mile events. Very tempted to do one next week. With a pacer and racing encironment I would think I am a lock to get 5:20.
