Thanks guys. Pounding a huge quinoa bowl now, carb loading commences. Pizza time tomorrow and michelin star mexican.
Here is the Berlín data, a race ran I ran pretty good (3:12 for the BQ in my first marathon). I felt at the end like I gave it close to 100%. I would say heart and lungs at 97% and legs at 100%. I was cramping bad at mile 23 but my buddy showed up in roller blades and propelled me to the end.
The data is so valuable because I can look to replicate it. The first mile is just HRM error, partially locking to my cadence. But starting at mile 2 it's pretty damn good.
What it all means is that I can blast off to mid 140s heart rate and then let it drift to 150 by the half marathon, not pánick when I hit high 150s and close the marathon in the 160s.
I know I am 3 years older but my legs much more experienced now, so I think I can still average about 149-152 heart rate. If I average 147, it will be embarrassing EVgonnaEV bullshiet.
