Loco,

If you are 36 and waking up multiple times a night with boners instead of a full bladder you are already one step ahead of the game IMO.

QB,

Maybe having a full bladder gives him a boner?

Even that is probably a good thing.

I don't remember very well when I wake up in the middle of the night and then have to go back to sleep, but I am pretty sure at this point it is just a full bladder with no tumescence involved.

That being said, I am pretty sure Loco hasn't made any attempts at procreation yet. So I guess that will be the ultimate test that all parts are in working order.

I think she competes at 165 bro. That would make me leaner and stronger. Easy game. Next.

loco,

So you're actually smaller than a girl and theoretically stronger. I guess that's better?

Well if you put my upperbody on top of her lowerbody, we would be 185 ripped. And if you put her upperbody on my lowerbody, we would be like 135 ripped.

Not sure what point I am trying to make. That's facked up. I need MOAR MASS. Stop bothering me, I gotta go to the gym.

This is caused by a nerve getting pinched. When I was out of shape 5+ years ago, I used to get that really bad - sometimes both of my arms would be completely numb when I woke up.

Be careful with your neck position, especially when you squat. See Syndrom's log from a couple/few months ago when he started having neck problems too. He didnt know it was his neck causing the arm issues. It turned out he had a herniated neck disc.

If you're talking about ~, then you are wrong. She competes at 148.

omg why am I even replying to this?

Wait... that means I have to deal with loco's head/brain?

This is harder than I thought.

**** you, loco for even coming up with that ****.

aura,

I agree, lo~ would be a problem, because you'd have to deal with him talking about how much of a mass monster his vagina is; then again, ~co wouldn't be a bargain either, because you'd have to deal with ~'s top half being attached to a pair of chicken legs with a much, much larger vagina that sandblasts the ground every three weeks when he tweaks his lumbar region.

Tough call.

wtf are we doing, Monte?

Just want to note again that ~ competes at 148, so "easy game" just got pretty damn tough.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Weas. I got this. If I fail to sumo 370 in 10 weeks, no big deal. Just belt up and sumo 385 instead. But I will finish it.

4/22
Coan deadlift/bench
Week1 day 2
Heavy bench day
Bench 2x10 @170
Cgbp (paused) 2x10 @135
Incline bench (paused) 2x10 @115
Cable fly 2x15
DB skull crusher 3x10 @35s
1arm pushdown 3x8
Weighted leg raises 3x10
Calf raises 4x15

Huge pump. Bench routine is kinda confusing. Some versions pause the cgbp and incline. Others base the numbers on a desired max. It's a mess, no big deal. I will auto regulate it to hit anywhere from 260-270 on week10. I punched in a conservative 245 max and would be ecstatic with 265+ in 10weeks.

Lol EddyC says you can gain 30lbs on your bench on this. Lol. The first 4weeks are all 8+ reps. Sure sure you can gain 30lbs. Must be nice to travel Country Roads.

Yeah it's a dumb program. First 7 weeks are ramping up to big weights. On the 7th week I am supposed to hit 220 for 2x5. But three weeks ago I hit 220 for 3x6!!!

Wtf!!!! And then I am supposed to magically become superman on week8 and by week10 hit 270. Okay EddyC, whatever you say. How much dbol you poppin bigpoppa?

But I don't care, I am fine with it because of my shoulder. And due to the pause, the incline/cgbp got real tough real fast. I will probably fail the cgbp/incline stuff soon, I haven't done those lifts forever.

I was going to write this over in saw's log but I thought I better not hijack.

drloco has height and weight suggestions for everyone in the forum. It's based off a complicated formula that involves current lifts, height, race, age, and a whole bunch of other factors. Here are some optimal weight numbers, you would have to get stronger and in better cardiovascular health to get bigger numbers

Optimal weight
Loco - 160
aura - 159
Saw - 169
Montecore - 195
Crunchy - 195
Downtown - 215
Cha - 205
Skeletor - 183
Yugo - 172
Soulman - 155
Fakebusto - 171
Realbusto - 165
Weasel - 198
Bixby - 149
Halfslant - 165
Kidcolin - 166
DFII - 160

Forgetting some, but looks like Montecore, DFII, and fakebusto the only ones who pass.
