Lifting feels/felt like a chore 33% of the time ever since I started lifting weights. If I made aesthetic or strength gains like some people I’d have given up before the creatine probably and just go around swearing anyone who can bench 315 is 100% on the sauce because no natty can do something so Herculean.

My best deadlift strength gains always came when I was pulling just 2x per month. Both sumo and conventional.

Good, this is good. Leave more on the table, go to the gym fewer days. This has been both of our problems historically, too much heart, too high %s, to much volume, to many days per week. Embrace the lazy. Get the big stuff done and gtfo

I read this before I went today so I squeezed in a deload session. I can guarantee two off days but I’ll aim for three and not do so much extra sht lol.

ok. We always start "pin presses" from the bottom. I wasnt aware others did them differently.

I remember a long time ago I legit was gonna send you a picture of him and ask what he’s on. I think he’s won local shows in both B.B. and men’s bikini. His IG is private now. Best I can describe him is he’s as wide as me but ridiculously dense/thick. My arms are around 13.5” cold and I wouldn’t be surprised if his are over 17 maybe even 18s.
