Felt wrecked before front squats. Didn't complete my 5x5 squats and still able to pull a PR deadlift. Didn't feel or look all that hard either. Need to work on my grip though.

Maybe I should actually train my pull. Or just continue focusing on squat since it's moving my deadlift up too.

Tried to stretch my hip flexor and got a mean hamstring cramp so that was it.

If you start fresh with heavy DLs instead of PRing squats before DLing, you're less likely to miss your top DL sets. I guess its ok to do squats as secondary to DLs, but do your primary work first next time.
