Really I was gonna do front squats with 135 but my Asian friend with a world class ass wanted to do squats with me. She weighs 120 and did what I did and slapped on 245 and did 3 on her own and I helped quite on a bit on the last 2-3. She competes in figure and I swear if she did a couple strength blocks and peaked for a PL meet she would easily total 700+ at whatever the weight class is below her weight.

Saturday on a few hours of sleep I got up ate an apple banana and some honey bunches of oats and fell back asleep when I was supposed to leave for gym. Got up a couple hours later cold sweating and with the craziest bloated stomach of all time. Just started feeling better yesterday but took off anyway

Decided to stay at my 60/month gym smh. Have to get on programming soon. Bunch of 165 jrs totaling high 1100s at the past meet but I just want to get an American bench record and only doable at 148. April is far away so doable if I ever stop eating everything

What are the bench records at 148 165 181 & 198?

fyi, I looked at the 165 raw open class current list all federations on powerliftingwatch.com and you're 30th on a list of the top 50. #1 is 440. #1 at 148 is 391. #1 at 181 is 507

Best of the best all time list:
148 - 402 is 1st, tied for 35th (bottom of list) is 330
165 - 500 is 1st, tied for 50th is 374
181 - 507 is 1st, tied for bottom of list 49th is 418
Just getting onto this list is an accomplishment imo.
