I been working very close to daily maxes with squats for a while now. I wish I could go heavier. Working on it.

I just got off the phone with
Tommy Kono and I am going to checkout some olympic lifting this upcoming saturday just to see what its about. He said if I was serious then I could train at the YMCA he frequents. I get two free workouts so Im def gonna do that at least. I live about 30min away which is realllllllllly far if you live on hawaii
Bout to take a nap and planning on maxing out my lolbench within a few hrs. Wrist better than yesterday but some/lots of tape will help lol
