Don’t worry everyone, I’m still here. Have been traveling for 2 weeks, hence the quiet in here. Barely lifted, nutrition not on point, sleep not on point, and also have been feeling under the weather for a couple days. All this makes me pretty weak at the moment. Tried to start off light to build back up but this was actually pretty hard. So gonna try to build back up over the coming weeks.
Work capacity also non existent now, these four exercises kinda recked me..
Enough complaining, back on the wagon we go. On a positive note, extensive rest did my hip a lot of good, it felt great today.
