Hey everyone, I just started working out. Can someone tell me how many proteins do I need to take daily. I heard I need to take 2g per kilogram. I have 100 kilograms. Is 140g enough to grow?

Yes. Two times 100 is 140.

just get at least .8g for every pound you weigh if you're cutting; if you're bulking it's less important to focus on protein as you'll probably get plenty if you're eating reasonably clean.

If you are trying to grow one would assume you are eating more calories than you’re expending. In that case the protein amounts won’t really matter much. It’s likely a really good idea to get a large, high quality serving of protein twice a day. Let’s say 30-50g per meal from proper sources.

140g of high quality protein spread out 2-4x a day would be great. But if you’re Vegan or choose other diets where a lot of the 140g doesn’t come from full profile amino acid sources you might be leaving a fraction of optimality behind.

If cutting this becomes slightly more nuanced and important.
