Oats are the GOAT. Super filling and tasty. Even if I did not bodybuild or lift weights I would still eat them for breakfast every single day.
Another thing you can do is to buy liquid egg whites and add them. Put the milk+water in and cook the oats first, then once they are close to fully cooked, take them out, dump 1 cup of liquid egg whites in, stir, and put back in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. With about 8g protein from 1 cup of skim, 44g protein from the powder, and 27g protein from the cup of egg whites, you pretty much cannot find a more high protein, quick and easy to prepare/eat, and satiating breakfast that keeps you full for 4-6 hours. I also put a spoonful of almond butter in mine since I don't get a lot of dietary fats throughout the day on my diet personally, but for the bulking ABP adding a bunch of nut butter here would be good as well. I put in frozen sour blueberries with mine which is probably a dietary leak and extra cals I don't really need but w/e good micronutrients or something.
the carbs in oats are also considerably slower digesting so you don't get an insulin spike and have a lot of fiber as a bonus. I don't know how I would do a bodybuilding diet without oatmeal 2x/day.
