Look what has happened to the nonloggers. YTF is dead, he would be alive if he never quit. MLYLT is struggling even though she is logging but she is not gaining weight. She gained facking 70 pounds in a year without logging!!! And even legends of the fitness game such as myself, struggle. It's so facking hot, I haven't run in two weeks. If I was logging, I would have found time to hit a few treadmill sessions.
And while the forum is slow these days, you still have H&F legends such as montecore, kidcolin, Aidan roaming around here, willing to offer a helping hand with strength and fitness related questions.

Hero has tons of cred and respect in this health and fitness forum. He looked like the marks, ricks, and jbakons of 2p2. Huge potbelly doughboy. Transformed his physique 180, to a walking Greek statue before Corona weathered him away. Impressive as fack and to the 10th power when it's all logged and natty!!! I know I have said it many times before, but it's worth repeating every year. Kid is a legend around here and also an example that H&F can guide a potbelly to the promised land. And now he is on comeback trail, logging every step. Exciting times!

I use to criticize my boy Arjun because of his shiet genetics and lack of gains. Guy kept slamming his forehead against the wall but is killing it these days. Respect and his words are now heavy with meaning.

You could say the same thing about the montecore, after he took up rowing. That's the big rock, keep the h&f game going. But of course very disappointing to see montecore lose his bench gains.
By the way, if you don't log you are 99% chance a potbelly. Awaiting noodz to take anyone off the list and at least bump cred up a tad and get off my potbelly shietlist. I define a potbelly as excess fat in the belly region. Obviously powerlifting savants like Aidan and beechnuts have fat, but it's not a potbelly.
Potbelly very unhealthy and it makes even a skinny a fatty, from a health perspective.
I REMEMBER I WENT ON EASY 3. MY FIRST MILE WAS 7:05. I WAS SHOCKED. BEGINNING OF ALL THIS BAT VIRUS, I WAS SOMEWHERE AROUND 9:30-10. I WAS PROBABLY GOING 60-70%. 6:15 MIN MILE IS ACHIEVABLE, BUT NOW MY REAL PURPOSE IS BACK IN THE GYM. JUST REMEMBER THE FACT I BIKED ON THE SAME DAYS WITH MY ROOMIE. WE WOULD CIRCLE DOWNTOWN. USUALLY 25-30 MILES. THEN ON WEEKENDS, WE WOULD DO 40-50 MILES ON TOP OF MY CARDIO. THIS IS WHAT I MEAN BY PURPOSE. GETTING SHIET DONE. SOMETHING THE SIMPS IN HERE NEED. YOU HAVE NO PURPOSE AND YOUR WORK ETHIC IS ATROCIOUS. SAD REALLY.
