jmakin,

If I want a cuck to explain **** to me, I will write: "Hey cuck! Give advice!"

Otherwise go back to working across the desk from some dude who is ****ing your wife.
10-11-2019 , 05:36 PM
that seems like a tad bit of an overreaction

triggered
10-11-2019 , 06:03 PM
Yes. I am quite triggered, why would you make such a wrong and stupid comment?
10-11-2019 , 10:55 PM
took a nap after work, and just ate my 20oz chicken breast high protein meal. going in for W2D4. my legs feel heavy and dead. been like this for a week now. also my thighs are swollen i think. can't fit into my raw denim. its a tight fit lately...

tomorrow i am heading to New Orleans with my 2 buddies. it facking dropped to 41 degrees here today. over there 80s.

hopefully i can find a gym there to get in my lifts. me and loco had this talk in the car. you simply dont skip the gym due to vacation. it is a must. just like eating and sleeping.

can't wait for gumbo and crawfish.
10-11-2019 , 11:20 PM
Have fun.

Go to Cochon.

I'm so confused.

I kind of assumed that the upcoming trip to either Europe or other was for blackjack. Because what other trip could have such high uncertainty for someone who is near busto?

How can a basically broke person be like "on Saturday I will either be leaving for Europe or new Orleans, I haven't figured that part out, and also my friends are similarly up in the air." Weird.

Anyway, I'm excited to see n1 back logging. This program seems vaguely insane. I'm pretty sure that 20oz is more chicken breast than loco said it was possible to eat at once. So default hero mode activated.

I'm a bit confused how you got this far without having front squatted before? For random elbow or wrist pain I was recommended not just experimenting with how high you drive your elbows, but checking out different hand widths on the bar. I like front squat because I suck (even more) at back squat.

GL!

I don’t really care to argue with you because I think you’re an incel troll but like, are you saying lumbar flexibility isnt important in a golf swing? It’s why tiger woods has had to have his spine fused together, an enormous amount of power is funneled through the torso in a harsh twisting motion on the lower spine. The more flexible one is, the more power you can “coil” into your swing. Most of that coil happens in the lower back and hips. The more flexible you are, the less injury prone you’ll be as well. It’s a very violent physical action and a lot of that violence is happening in the back muscles.

Like, what? I’m so confused at your rage and response. Go **** a grapefruit or whatever you do to calm down. Jesus.

jmakin,

That is totally incorrect. Well maybe the part about me being an incel troll is correct, or maybe not. But the parts that have to do with the flexibility of the lumbar spine being critical to rotational power sports is 100% wrong.

I'm sorry you don't really contribute to this forum other than posting weird trolls, and completely incorrect information, but k?

N1,

Def hit Parkway Bakery. Don't listen to the heathens that advise other **** places.

You are wrong and I don’t care to argue with you, because you are not presenting an argument. if you care to actually learn more about this rather than trolling with "you're wrong gtfo," a good book I suggest is the Golf Anatomy.

jmakin,

I've literally talked to world experts on the subject (holla kyleb). Lumbar flexibility isn't important in any fashion. A basic semblance of kinematics would help you understand this, the function of the lower back and trunk in general is to help transfer power generated from the hips into the hands which requires lumbar STABILITY which is usually the result of keeping the lumbar spine in a fixed position.

You can see the same type of power transfer from elite DLers (or really anyone not ****) where they are attempting to raise a weight held in the hands to an upright position (and in some cases engage in thoratic extension) via power generated from the lower body.

I don't even know why I'm typing this. This is blindingly obvious and the fact you try to frame any discussion on a subject under the purvey of "H&F" beyond "What it is like to live as a cuckcold" between us as anything other than me explaining something to you is asinine.
10-12-2019 , 04:15 PM
Someone can google some words he doesn't understand! Good job, gold jmakin star.

obviously I'm talking about rotational flexibility and not the kind you just referenced, but you know that and are trolling. Poor flexibility in the spine leads to like 95% of golf injuries. Source: literally every PT i've worked with since I've started golfing and have injured myself a thousand times.

But, Since you can throw out larger words than I can and are obviously looking for a dick flex to improve your sad little life, I'll dip now. Sorry N1.

Glad you decided to leave the thread after humiliating yourself. Explain the traverse lumbar flexibility that you seem to be alluding to and why it relates to the subject at hand in the future.

Or I mean... show a study showing lumbar flexibility in any plane is correlated with reduced injury incidence in golfers.
10-12-2019 , 04:56 PM
Oh hey!

Look I did your work for you:

Quote:
Improve trunk rotation flexibility to help control relative over-rotation of the spine during the golf swing. Allowing the lead heel to lift slightly at the completion of the backswing may avoid excessive spinal torsion by allowing more pelvic turn.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4335481/

Wait that doesn't say anything about flexibility... It literally references mobility and stability. Weird.

Yes, good poboys.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo go to Luizzas by the Track. For seafood gumbo go by the airport to Chef Ron. But you can get good ones all over downtown, Mr B's is solid and so is Acme downtown.

I never saw a New Orleans bread pudding I didn't devour, so no comment on that.

Maybe some Rockefeller oysters and titties at the strip club. Don't get that hurricane strongest drink in the world bullshiet. That is way too strong, almost got KO'd that night.
10-12-2019 , 05:23 PM
With loco, takeaway daq a must do, but split one. You don't need a whole ****ing giant slurpy to yourself. Better yet, just get a friend to get one and then take a sip.

A lot of those are borderline nuclear.

Can't comment about much of the rest. Been to 3 Mardi Gras, one thing I learned real fast was: 1) Don't ****ing touch a cop horse 2) Packed streets aren't that packed when some dude is whipping a horse in a 360 before power bombing a drunk *******.
10-13-2019 , 10:27 PM
Landed here last night. This place is filty lol. 3 times i was told to lose my phone(gps), by what looked like locals. Uh, its 2019... idiots.

Bourbon street is neat. Hot girls, but not wife material.

Today ate like a fat fcuk. My favorite is beignet. Could eat those all day. Gumbo taste like clam chowder? Poboy is good, but havent tried a spicy one yet. Acme grilled oyster is good, but need at least 3-4 dozen to call it a meal.

2 miles away from gym. W3D1. Am i fining my rpe8 for squat, then doing 1 set x8 @9, then 2 drop sets? Or is it 3 sets x8 @9(subtract 30lbs, then add 15lbs up to top set), then 2 drop sets?

Relaxing now. See you soon.
10-14-2019 , 07:06 AM
Hope you find your wife material in NO, N1
10-14-2019 , 11:52 AM
Maybe a ltr fwb. Wife? Lol, nah. Not here.

At a hardcore gym. Metal plates. All these white dudes look like they play for LSU defensive line.

Love it.

Not even halfway to warm up squat, and im sore af. Rpeing around 305. Not my day.
10-14-2019 , 02:17 PM
Looking for crawfish.

Any recommendations?

Thanks.
10-14-2019 , 07:59 PM
Yes, the seafood you get were the blacks are. Let me look real fast.
10-14-2019 , 08:04 PM
Cajun Seafood

It's super ghetto but that's it. You already get boudin? That's got rice so must be a lock for an Asian. Pound of crawfish, pound of boiled shrimp, one boudin. That's good meal at Cajun Seafood.

Number1Reason to read H&F is back! Nice to see you're teaming up with loco for gainful employment on the regular.

Who is your current life guru? Are you still following that psychopathic alphawhatever guy on the yootoobz?
