Congrats on not dying. Hope this means you're immune.

Out of curiosity, how much of your uniform allowance is actually spent on uniforms?

I know ppl who have been reinfected so it is what it is.

I’m a uniform nazi my coworkers call me a state trooper to try to clown me down their sloppy level. My coworkers 0% me much larger than 0%.

Edit: In my co workers defense there is no incentive to use it to pay for uniforms because the whole amount gets taxed despite where you spend your money.

If you have any details on people you have known to be reinfected, I'd be very interested.
-How far apart were the infections
-How severe was each episode
-What testing was done and when.

I know there have been reports of reinfections, but I am quite skeptical of being infected a second time being a problem. I highly doubt that someone is gonna get rona'd, recover completely, then get rona'd again, and then die from the second episode.

ABP would be proud. That's for sure.

Kind of silly to call it 'uniform allowance' then. But bureaucracy does lead to a lot of silliness, so it's not really that surprising. Hope they don't try to screw you out of it.

It's not a reimbursement, it's an allowance. Just like travel, lodging, and meal allowances. It's just another portion of your pay negotiated separately from your base hourly/salary.

Yeah, I got that. It's just funny to me that there is such a disparity between amount spent on uniforms and the uniform allowance. I'll admit I'm easily amused.

Looks like that union has some killer negotiators, unless they're getting bent over on something else.

An ABP is a High Value Male on his purpose. Why would he chase money like a yuppie NFL owner?

And what jbacon said. Definitely #godsplan

It’s all pretty logical imo

liking you. no i have not. but i am curious also.

if there is 1 regret in my life, it would be not listening to my coach(not lifting). we had max day my Jr. year of high school. i maxed out at 115lb bench press. he was so infuriated. he knows i have heart. i was one of his top players. he tell me i have to be in the weight room every day. he was on my ass every time he saw me. i did not take him seriously.

i think i ate like 1k calories a day back then. i was hardcore sk8er also, so that just burn more calories. i knew nothing about nutrition or lifting. i think i hit like 3-4 HR my SR year. weakest guy on the team. but i had heart. that is all that matters.

i got invite to American Legion Ball after season. did not join. no future there.

i think if i started to lift early and take nutrition seriously, i could have been awesome player. this is the mistake i make. now learning from it.

ALL OF YOU NEED JESUS. I AM NOT RISKING MY LIFE FOR A $3 BUMP IN PAY. ALL OF YOU TAKING LIFE FOR GRANTED. EVERYBODY REACT DIFFERENTLY TO THIS VIRUS. CONSIDERING MY LUCK, I CAN DIE OR EVEN HAVE PERMANENT DAMAGE.

NOT WORTH IT.

this is why this country is like this. everyone greedy for money. you have all this money and what? you save it for??? exactly. nothing. its borderline ******ed how these billionaire yuppies have all this money saved up. guess what. YOU DIE. DEATH IN INEVITABLE. then you tell me how you going to pass this $$$ down your generation when you die? THAT IS THE PROBLEM RIGHT THERE. this is how yuppies are born. selfish and ignorant. everything handed to them at the start of birth. HAVE NOT WORKED A DAY IN THEIR LIVES. look at Trump. he acts the way he does bc he has not learned anything growing up. he hasn't suffered enough like the low-middle class people. if he did, hes views would be different. EVERYTHING WAS HANDED TO HIM.

that is the biggest mistake these yuppies make. handing down money to their children for no reason. that is the worst parenting ive ever seen. if i ever have kids, i will let them earn every cent they make. ENOUGH WITH THIS NONSENSE YUPPIE MENTALITY. THEY HAVE TO EARN IT AND SUFFER A LITTLE TO SEE WHAT THE WORLD IS LIKE.

Project ABP

So, forcing yourself to be poor accomplishes....?

The last time you were offered a raise you had a different excuse. It seems like you have a lot of them.

Older people who have not worked a day in their lives are the worst kind of yuppies imo.

Re: Project ABP

loco,

i do 8x200m again today. first 1/2 mile warm up to the donk track, then sprints.

i go at it in the morning fasted. currently eating around 2,000 calories. feel like starving, but anymore and i will get fat due to no gym.

man i went HAM on my last 2 sprints. around 95%. my legs was burning af and my heart pounding. felt great.

got more energy during the day now. only after 1 week of doing this. can't wait for gym to open again.

my pegasus came in today. its 1/2 size too small. really nice shoe. returned that and new size coming in soon.

see you soon guys. preparing my spicy tofu with rice.

Re: Project ABP

Running is looking good. 2 easy runs and 2 hard runs, that's still a very aggressive schedule but you will be fine since it's low mileage. The two hard runs are either short intervals or tempo. You did your intervals already so easy running is next and then a tempo run.

Tempo run is what you did last week, 4 miles in 32:00. It should be comfortably hard but should have gas in the tank.

If you want to act hard, well then try to go a hair faster every tempo run. Or make one of the easy runs a longer run (but still at 9:00 to 10:00 pace). Thats how you act hard in a smart way. Don't act hard by making all your runs hard, that's donkish.
