u have to not care. i see too many of these idiot PAWGS on IG posting ass pictures that have nothing to do with what they are posting. they talk a shoulder workout, yet get multiple pics FROM BEHIND. like really? how does that make sense??? this is why i said most IGers are completely ignorant and do not deserve any likes or mentions. IF YOU HITTING SHOULDERS, MAYBE GET SOME SHOTS FROM THE FRONT WHERE I CAN ACTUALLY SEE YOUR SHOULDERS??? the whole IG fitness industry is F'd up. i can name a few, but not going to waste my energy on blasting these idiots.

ive been in the game 5 years. all natural, all heart. these morons claim they are natty, yet, they have basketball shoulders, and some of the girls look like they are on T. amazing what money can do to you.

1 week no gym. my lower back has been aching like crazy. IT NEEDS TO GYM. i need to stay active but no source of weights. i have a pull up bar and thats it. gains already lost, i can tell... nothing i can do but wait it out and hope this bat virus dies down.

ABP has been on a roll these days. Although I actually find the hardcore admittedly enhanced IG fitness community is really legit and awesome (as is it's powerlifting analog), the mainstream IG fitness community and fake natty phaggots are indeed intolerably hypocritical, shallow, and didactic dispensing trite and cliche philosophical sound bites to accompany their heavily modified swolfies. And yes, women are overall worse offenders, and yet you can't blame them because they're just doing what's going to get them the most attention and likes which is only happening because simp men who won't just take to pornhub instead.

Even without weights, you can do a decent workout. Do 200 push-ups, 100 pull-ups (50 pull-up, 50 chin), dips, rear foot elevated split squats, lunges, step ups, single leg RDL, core work. If you want to add resistance, getting a set of bands is the most cost effective option

u mean 95lbs total??? he has weak hamstrings. i remember this. it was always his weak point. not sure how he has a almost 3 plate bench at his prime, but would give up 1/2 my DL gains for that chest gains.

WORK UPDATE: my job is giving me 30 days paid leave. amazing. i just looked at my schedule that came out and my manager added another 38 hrs. i hear a rumor they might pay extra for workers if they come in. not sure yet. everything is day to day.

i might throw my bed out. my back has been aching ever since i stopped going to the gym. i think sleeping on the floor is better.
