What about a bench program now bro? I don't think anyone here has run the candito bench program. Would love to see it in action and see you break 260. S 375, B 280, D 450 that would probably get you man status around here. That deadlift flew like a booger so I am sure you got the strength for more, maybe just a technique adjustment.
i think 430 could have gone up. maybe 435. it would have been a grind.

bench man, i just need to eat. every bulk i did it shot up. my chest needs the food.

bench i failed 245 and called it a day. i got it up like 2 cycles ago, so i got weaker at bench:

DL i did 425 and that went up easier than i thought like loco say, so i tried 445 and that barely moved... i reduce to 435 and that barely moved also.

i weighed in at 167.8lb before i had a bowl of my oatmeal that max day.

i see this training has a part 2 cycle. i will do that for now, its a short cycle. then i will figure out this bench press donk non-sense.

p.s. does any of you have wifes or wife material gf's that would like some nice chelsea boots for a heavy discount? it would make a great gift for christmas! i bought them but the store shipped me facking womens version of the boots and now i am $360 in the hole bc they are bankrupt(not the brand but the store), and it was final sale. they had the facking audacity to say sorry when i called them and had the audacity to say they can't do anything about it....

Spoiler:

they are size US9, EU39.

see you soon, much love.
12-16-2019 , 06:55 PM
wait its bout 350 for a heavy discount??
12-16-2019 , 07:00 PM
Lol at ABP hating on yuppies then buying $500+ shoes and spending thousands on raw denim; it's good to see some things never change.
12-16-2019 , 07:10 PM
An ignorant yuppie buys these at full price.

$350 is a steal for these considering they barely go on sale.

I see yuppies rocking allen edmonds all the time. The quality on those has gone down and their qc is garbage now, but they still manage to rock those and pay full price. Lol bc its american made Project ABP.
12-16-2019 , 09:53 PM
Montecore, I always assumed the yuppie thing was like hipsters never knowing they’re hipsters. Not that ABP is a yuppie, of course. He gets his **** on sale
12-16-2019 , 09:56 PM
N1, I have a $10 pair of monks i got at ross on sale, and then athletic shoes i got for $50, which are the ones I usually wear to work, at a desk job tho. Does it mean i am a yuppie?
12-16-2019 , 09:58 PM
I'd take them if they were 8.

Dude, you came in light for the tests.

Bodyweight is the most important barometer for testing maxes. I only lost the Battle of the Goldens vs fakeB because he was 6 pounds heavier.

On this cycle you should have gone up to 175-180. WTF!!!! But you still did well so it was a very successful cycle.

Gotta love ABP, run Project Momentum on a deficit.

Kid is all heart.

IMo you just didn't take nearly enough time to dissipate fatigue. This program seems rough and I can't say whether or not it's an appropriate level of work for you given training experience/lifestyle factors because I am not you. Maybe it's okay.

One thing you can be 100% certain on though is that you're still absolutely buried in fatigue and needed a far longer and probably far less intense tapering period before attempting maxes. You had marginal increases because your body and CNS is still fatigued.

Do not grunch:
Although it is not free, I think you'd be a guy who would do really well on this: https://www.jtsstrength.com/product/powerbuilding-a-i/

It's a program where you will input some data about yourself and it will spit out a program for you, then you input what lifts you actually did and at what RPEs and it will adjust the program for you based on those, continuously. there's a pure powerlifting version and a powerbuilding version; both would be okay for you I'm sure.

I think you are overthinking things. He is a 30 something year old 167 pound natty with average genetics who has a full time job and trains moderately hard in his free time. Barring a major lifestyle change this is it.

I think he could do the perfect 4 day/week program and not much changes.

It is what it is.

A high value male likes fine things. Him getting them on sale makes him the opposite of a yuppie.

I stand corrected, young squires; you both likely have your fingers on the pulse coming from ABP's BIG HEART.

Was really curious about this clicked it.

Don't think a high value male is interested in joining a site that literally labels the launch discount "beta pricing"

Neat concept but they clearly need help in marketing if they want 27 hard earned high value male dollars
12-17-2019 , 01:16 AM
In b4 he dates a yuppie cause any reasonable woman aint gonna take this $500 low value male nonsense.
12-17-2019 , 07:29 AM
N1,

Cool shoes I guess? I actually have the AE Chelsea boots, but my chukkas are from Crockett. Probably got the boots on a seasonal sale and the chukkas at list cause glhf. One day I hope to move out of this middling price range, but that would require me to actually realize some professional goals.

Here is what I would do in your situation (albeit speculative since I don't buy from weird online places):

1) Contact retailer - You did this! Great!
2) Contact my CC company and chargeback due to them delivering the incorrect goods and being unwilling to accept a return or exchange.
3) Reach out to Common Project and see if they'll do an exchange. Write a nice e-mail or a real letter on a piece of paper explaining the situation (love their product, saw a sale, didn't vet the retailer, got scammed, etc). Many companies are willing to help out their customers in weird situations since like... America customer service. (GLHF doing this elsewhere, maybe Canada?)

Let me know how that goes. I know $350 is like a weekly take home for you, so you may want reconsider your purchases. Seems like a lot spend on shoes relative to your income.

What do you think about these: https://www.johnlobb.com/en_eu/mens-...ic-rubber-sole

Lol at wife material including women who wear size 9.

Just lol.

R u srs?
12-17-2019 , 12:56 PM
bid 40
12-17-2019 , 01:35 PM
I have no idea is a 9 is a big or small shoe size. But anything near double digits is certainly a hulk beast dress size.

Love it. I have the biggest heart in that gym. Its filled with nonsense yuppies and run some of the bs routines ive ever seen. Lots of these guys are beta too working out with their gf. Its sad really. Holding themselves back. Putting their gf on pedastool. They can be lifting heavy making mad gains but the do nonsense bodyweight stuff with the gf.

I only weighed 2.2lbs less than last cycle. My bench is suffering but i am going to work on that. I got the big heart. Project ABP

Ha. A high value male knows female fashion. Not a lot, but just enough. get into convos and they know you have knowledge of it. Its a turn on really and they get curious abt u. Who is this guy? He must be interesting.

A womens us9 is eu39. U are comparing it to mens sizing. Silly..

See u soon. At work now.
12-17-2019 , 03:33 PM
I just asked Mrs Miserable. She said that size is pretty big. 38 is apparently avg despite everyone being tall ass white people.

Maybe if she's 5'11 that is okay?
