Ya, I do math problems for a living and mash buttons. Luckily I just drink when I have a bad day and don't beat the **** out of someone because I can.

To each their own.

TY. Yuppies who can afford substance abuse must leave. A man chilling with pedos for min wage must persist.

Sup guys. Good thread. Loco as usual speaks the truth. Factoring in his age, lifting history, lifestyle and psychology I would predict that N1H is already as strong as he will ever be. I would be very surprised if he ever achieved 3, 4 or 5 in his life.

Re: Project ABP

Despite not understanding most of the lingo here I have a lot of fun lurking this thread playing a game

1. Is post trolling or serious?
2. Does OP see it as trolling or serious?
3. Is poster a yuppie?

Re: Project ABP

Grunching this beta male bickering behavior in here for now. its not how high value males act.

more important stuff as it is max testing day.

so here are my RPE8 or close to it:

Squat
RPE8 320
MAX estimate: 348lbs

Competition Raw Bench
RPE9 220
MAX estimate: 229lbs

Deadlift
RPE8 400
MAX estimate: 435lbs

does this look ok?:

Squat: WU to 320x1, >350 attempt

Competition Raw Bench: WU 215x1, >230 attempt

DL: WU to 400x1, > 435 attempt

Re: Project ABP

Normally you do three attempts for each lift. For squat I would go 320/335/350. For bench 215/225/235. For DL 405/425/445

Re: Project ABP

Why is your bench so low?

Maybe get Aidan to help you with your bench. He was benching 215 for a long time and then got up to over three wheels.

Also make sure you list your bodyweight on the day of the test.

Re: Project ABP

Solid squat and deadlift.

What about a bench program now bro? I don't think anyone here has run the candito bench program. Would love to see it in action and see you break 260. S 375, B 280, D 450 that would probably get you man status around here. That deadlift flew like a booger so I am sure you got the strength for more, maybe just a technique adjustment.

Apparently not, I'm enjoying the hell out of this thread though

I don't personally do body building or power lifting, just maintenance working out and will be following this bench press saga as my bench is really weak
