Re: Project ABP

This Evo/thremp discussion on training is facking dumb.

The realities of Natty training state that N1 has achieved over 80% of his Natty gains. To access the other 20%, would be too time consuming.

There are only two options, accept what you have and train for maintenance and aesthetics without ever really seeing a gain ever again. Or get on steroids.

That's it, there is nothing else. There is no stupid shiet like get on 531 Bodybuilding and bulk and gain 10 pounds of muscle. That is ridiculous. The guy that wrote that shiet is roided up the gills.

N1 is basically where Evo was before he got on drugs. There is no story ever in this forum where someone made it to N1s level (Saw, Aidan, fakeb etc etc) and then turned into a jacked Natty IEL. Not one single example and there probably never will be. The realities of Natty training are quite sobering but at the same time, when you see them for what they are, it is facking beautiful. A few years of training and you get to 80%, then you live in the EVgoodlife and maintain. Beautiful.

Re: Project ABP

Fakeb is the perfect example of this. N1 is almost at his level except for his N1's donk bench press. Fakeb had nowhere to go once he hit 3,4, 5. Neither did Aidan. The realities of Natty training.

Get on a bench program N1 and thats it bro. Live the EVgoodlife.

Re: Project ABP

Maintenance throughout your 20s and 30s before you lose muscle in your 40s through death sounds awful.

I'm surprised anyone would enjoy that, but hey, at least you can say you're natty and get all the cool benefits that come with that.

Nice and easy pull, btw.

Re: Project ABP

That's a perfectly reasonable opinion G4S.

I was just making the point that hero here is not all of a sudden going to turn into RobRiches by getting on 531 high volume. He will pick up peanuts in gains maximum.

His ceiling is someone like athleanx. And look, he is already stronger than him on some lifts. To get the other 20%, he would have to train more like athleanx. Which I am assuming is 10+ hours a week. Not worth it. He is close enough that maintenance plus more aesthetics is a reasonable option and ultimately, healthy.

I now I am a tinybro but this kid has a big back and his lowerbody is facking huge. Seriously, I don't understand where he can get more gains other than his chest. His chest is pretty weak though. He should be inclining 225+ and flat benching 280+ to get over the 80% hump.

Re: Project ABP

loco,

How much time do you think he's spending in the gym right now?

His Thursday workout had, I think, 21 working sets. I'm guessing/hoping he's warming up, and assuming he's taking a couple minutes between snatch grip DL x 8 sets.

I don't think anyone's going to strongly disagree with you about the likelihood of diminishing returns to PL training. Then again, he's probably got a couple years of enjoying training DL and adding 15 lbs to his max every couple/few months. So whatever. And he's going to achieve generally good aesthetics while doing it. If he wants to have bigger and vascular arms and chest, he should change his routines and/or diet. Again, I don't think anyone's going to argue that.

He seems to enjoy going to the gym, feeling like he has worked very hard, and every once in a while the numbers go up. There basically can't be anything wrong with that?

love that dude. his before and after pics are the best ive seen. all these IG fitness pages are all roided up and have no heart.

loco is right. i am now 5 years into my lifting journey. i completely forgot about my 5 year anniversary. it was last month on the 7th. really proud. but my max gains are gone. these days its at max 5lbs/year lean muscle gain. loco speaks the truth. now there are some stuff i disagree with. like his jeans. he can wear a more tapered pair of denim to emphasize his legs. but he wears wide legs for some reason... we can go shopping when ABPxLoco PT. 3 happens.

everyone has a ceiling. sick of these IG motivational speakers on how you can do anything if you put your mind to it. they have the audacity to call themselves 'motivational speakers'... the same crap over and over again. of course they get hit with likes and plenty of followers and sponsors. its is BS. i do not care what anyone says. everyone has limits. you can't train your ass off 110% and become the next Jordan. no. athletes like that are born gifted. now they can put in hard work on some stuff. i remember watching Jordan back in the day and i got this weird ass feeling everytime he pulled up for a 3. of course. he would miss... would always say pass it to Kerr you idiot. now i am sure Jordan worked his ass off on his 3's. but for the life of him, he just wasn't good at 3's.

same goes for everyone. you have a window. all this 'word hard' motivation is BS. no matter what you do, you will have a ceiling. now you might say i have a bad attitude, BUT I SPEAK THE TRUTH.

also no one can take way A BIG HEART. something that i have. much bigger than a ceiling. it can take forever, but my big heart will guide me towards my goals.

Re: Project ABP

C,

my sessions are usually 2-2.5 hours. i look at the clock and say wtf at 2.5 hours. this is when i shortened my rest times. i usually did 2:45-3 min rests between sets. now usually its 2-2:30 min rest.

the SG DL are the worst. but i push myself on that. stick to 2-2:30 minutes rest. after the back off sets, i just want to die after that.

see you soon.

Advising N1 to get on drugs is prob worst possible advice. Lets atleast get him to a point where he has a 5 figure net worth, gainful employment, and some semblance of a social life before he attempts to commit felonies to get more gym gains, since I have full faith that N1 can manage discretion and competence in just obtaining and taking roids.

loco rant was a 10. V amusing.

Re: Project ABP

I would never advocate for anyone to use PEDs.

I would never condemn anyone for their PED use.

Both positions are silly.

Policing pedos and rapists probably makes you more patient and tolerant (than monte) because other people are easy to deal with by comparison.

Absolutely not. This job makes you snap very quickly and very impatient. If there’s one thing this job made me it is being fully aware of my surroundings in the real world/ very observant and standing my ground.
