hoping? i do not hope nor care. a compliment is like a cherry on top of a sundae. you don't really care if you get one or not, but don't mind it when they put it on. high value male does not need any validation form any1.

A high value male does not respond to random questions like he's some trained seal.

looks like some1 has been reading the book too.

off to them gym after my baked beans, rice, and shredded chicken. been eating like this for a while now. its the best meal honestly. cheap and good protein and carbs.

ive cut down on eating out. no time to and i am too lazy to even go out these days so i eat from home. my jobs feeds me a meal or too. not the best, but it aint bad. i usually have the spinach wrap. around 24g protein.

see you in a bit.

This is their entire business model. Because you know what? The coffee itself is utter crap. I don't know if it was always like this (didn't have Starbucks here when it first came out), but every little coffee store on the corner here brews coffee that is literally 10 times as good as Starbucks. Remove all the syrup and **** and you're left with an undrinkable mess. The teenagers obviously wouldn't drink it without all the cream and sugar, and coffee aficionados would obviously not drink it either.

People really like to overexaggerate how bad starbucks coffee is. It’s like, average at absolute worst.

I agree with both Cap Cuck and Soulbro. It is fine, and you can obviously get better brew nearly anywhere. Huge upgrade from Yuban.

Everyone knows texts don’t go through from Bourbon Street.

A High Value Male would simply text Stacey again.

Text goes through this time and Stacey replies as she’s been wonderin’.

What's your point here? I do have an update on this girl though, this pic is over three years old. She is no longer completely natural (I guess somewhat debatable). Her body is now more Kardashian esque. Still has big natural boobs. I don't like but will post her updated look if I can get some good pics from her The surgery was pretty amazing, her ass is huge now and it looks cottage cheese free. Her stomach looks great too.
She got fat off of Skittles and then had fat removed from her problems areas and put on her ass.

I still don't get it though. I thought her body was pretty close to perfect three years ago but she claims she was too skinny back then and is very happy being thicc now. My current girlfriend is the same way, wants to be thicc. I don't get it but for now she is busy getting thicc at the gym. I am not really a fan of that either, prefer natural skinny goddesses like Emrata.

DI always makes me chuckle

you guys should read or listen to some howard schultz interviews, he's 100% up front about the fact that starbucks is wholly about being a place to hangout that happens to serve low cost and high margin products such as coffee

he got inspired by seeing all the lazy bums in europe sitting around in cafes all day and figured, you know what, america could use this

hey you. no. i don't play anymore. all it did was get me angry. not good. the best that came out of it was it fuel me in the gym. man i was so angry. the best is when you DL to anger. put on some 'Dig' by Mudvayne and just pull. its amazing. i liked being angry actually bc i was making mad gains in the gym.

p.s. did you message stacey at all? bc i reached out to her like 1.5 months ago and i haven't gotten a response back.

Re: Project ABP

W10D1 in the books. next week is testing maxes.

too tired too log atm.

i am pretty sure i am doing something wrong on my back off sets. the program calls for 2-3 back off sets usually around @9. Monte- you had me doing sets until @9 for back off sets. sometimes i would do like 4-5 sets to reach that. but this program... only calls for 2-3 sets @9. sometimes they feel like @7 or @8... do i just stop even if i have not reach @9?

like i said, this program is confusing.

tbh, montes program was more enjoyable and challenging than this.

off to bed. i need to take my dog to the vet tomorrow. he developed some weird scabbing on his belly.

see you.
