Program. this is is max week. taking today off and going in fresh tomorrow for day 1. also i am going back to Monte OHP program. i haven't pressed in like 6+ months. gains have been lost. nothing is more alpha than having body weight OHP over your facking head. mONTE, where can i find that profram?

Damn. I didn't realize that Starbucks employees made so little $$. Cause that is a job where they really make you work.

I google checked and store managers make on average ~44K/yr salary, which probably doesn't come out to much more than $15/hr after OT.

I guess if it is a labor of love then you do you. But I can think of a lot of jobs that are way less work for more $$.

This isn't the place for this, but it really is amazing how little $$ most jobs make in our current economy, compared to how much $$ the top 1% make for doing pretty much nothing in a lot of cases. Capitalism really is F'd up if you think about it.
