There are only two options, accept what you have and train for maintenance and aesthetics without ever really seeing a gain ever again. Or get on steroids.
That's it, there is nothing else. There is no stupid shiet like get on 531 Bodybuilding and bulk and gain 10 pounds of muscle. That is ridiculous. The guy that wrote that shiet is roided up the gills.
N1 is basically where Evo was before he got on drugs. There is no story ever in this forum where someone made it to N1s level (Saw, Aidan, fakeb etc etc) and then turned into a jacked Natty IEL. Not one single example and there probably never will be. The realities of Natty training are quite sobering but at the same time, when you see them for what they are, it is facking beautiful. A few years of training and you get to 80%, then you live in the EVgoodlife and maintain. Beautiful.

Get on a bench program N1 and thats it bro. Live the EVgoodlife.
lolol love it. it will not go up. i need to eat more for the bench press, but then all i do is get fat. true life: like of a natty.

His ceiling is someone like athleanx. And look, he is already stronger than him on some lifts. To get the other 20%, he would have to train more like athleanx. Which I am assuming is 10+ hours a week. Not worth it. He is close enough that maintenance plus more aesthetics is a reasonable option and ultimately, healthy.
I now I am a tinybro but this kid has a big back and his lowerbody is facking huge. Seriously, I don't understand where he can get more gains other than his chest. His chest is pretty weak though. He should be inclining 225+ and flat benching 280+ to get over the 80% hump.
love that dude. his before and after pics are the best ive seen. all these IG fitness pages are all roided up and have no heart.
loco is right. i am now 5 years into my lifting journey. i completely forgot about my 5 year anniversary. it was last month on the 7th. really proud. but my max gains are gone. these days its at max 5lbs/year lean muscle gain. loco speaks the truth. now there are some stuff i disagree with. like his jeans. he can wear a more tapered pair of denim to emphasize his legs. but he wears wide legs for some reason... we can go shopping when ABPxLoco PT. 3 happens.
everyone has a ceiling. sick of these IG motivational speakers on how you can do anything if you put your mind to it. they have the audacity to call themselves 'motivational speakers'... the same crap over and over again. of course they get hit with likes and plenty of followers and sponsors. its is BS. i do not care what anyone says. everyone has limits. you can't train your ass off 110% and become the next Jordan. no. athletes like that are born gifted. now they can put in hard work on some stuff. i remember watching Jordan back in the day and i got this weird ass feeling everytime he pulled up for a 3. of course. he would miss... would always say pass it to Kerr you idiot. now i am sure Jordan worked his ass off on his 3's. but for the life of him, he just wasn't good at 3's.
same goes for everyone. you have a window. all this 'word hard' motivation is BS. no matter what you do, you will have a ceiling. now you might say i have a bad attitude, BUT I SPEAK THE TRUTH.
also no one can take way A BIG HEART. something that i have. much bigger than a ceiling. it can take forever, but my big heart will guide me towards my goals.
