Hope your doggo feels better. I'm not an expert at making ad hoc changes to your programming, but assuming everything else is correct (likely a problem is with your initial work set and underestimating RPE) would be to either add more reps or sets depending on the specific programming. In my internet guy with keyboard, it looks like you're not hitting 9 on your worksets since it seems pretty weird you could remove 20lbs on a squat and grind out sets feeling you now have 2-3 in the hole after and actual RPE 9. Or maybe you have too much heart and can just do @9 sets across for 10 sets.

@ev, just telling the truth. i see too many people get away with nonsense BS. today i went to the post office to ship out a package. i paid with a $100 bill(ABPxLoco Pt. 2 money), total was $11.95. i did math in my head and i got the bills back but was short the 5c. I looked at the receipt. yup, i was owed 5c. i told her she's 5c short. SHE TOLD ME SHE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH CHANGE AND JUST THINKS SHE CAN JUST BLOW IT OFF LIKE THAT. now i know it is only 5c, BUT I DONT CARE IF ITS 5C OR $5 DOLLARS. she just acted like nothing ever happened.
