This is their entire business model. Because you know what? The coffee itself is utter crap. I don't know if it was always like this (didn't have Starbucks here when it first came out), but every little coffee store on the corner here brews coffee that is literally 10 times as good as Starbucks. Remove all the syrup and **** and you're left with an undrinkable mess. The teenagers obviously wouldn't drink it without all the cream and sugar, and coffee aficionados would obviously not drink it either.

What's your point here? I do have an update on this girl though, this pic is over three years old. She is no longer completely natural (I guess somewhat debatable). yesterday called for WG SLDL, but i forgot my straps. i finish my lifts except for that. going back now to finish that lift. this is what i mean by commitment and dedication. i could have said F it, its only 1 lift. but i have a big heart and going back to get the job done. this is what lifting does. it sets you up straight. 5 years ago i was eating $20 mcdonalds meals grind .2/.4c bs poker. now i have a purpose to get shiet done and correctly.

hey you. no. i don't play anymore. all it did was get me angry. not good. the best that came out of it was it fuel me in the gym. man i was so angry. the best is when you DL to anger. put on some 'Dig' by Mudvayne and just pull. its amazing. i liked being angry actually bc i was making mad gains in the gym.

i am pretty sure i am doing something wrong on my back off sets. the program calls for 2-3 back off sets usually around @9. Monte- you had me doing sets until @9 for back off sets. sometimes i would do like 4-5 sets to reach that. but this program... only calls for 2-3 sets @9. sometimes they feel like @7 or @8... do i just stop even if i have not reach @9?

like i said, this program is confusing.

tbh, montes program was more enjoyable and challenging than this.
