Focused on new programming. Was told it will get me huuuuuuuge.

Ended my program designed by Monte a week ago.

New program called for maxes on D1W1 which I did on Tuesday.

BW: 170lb

Bench: 240lb
Squat: 245lb
DL: 415lb

Squat: 80% of 1rm AMRAP: 275x10

Soar af.

Tomorrow:

DL: 80% of 1rm AMRAP
Leg up bench: x10 @6, x10 @7, x10 @8, plus 3 down sets

Not sure what leg up bench is. It has to be larson press.

One of the most devasting lifting programs ever created and a part of RTS (mikeT). Only one man in this forum has gotten through it. After his W2D1, he said "that's legit the toughest session ever in my life."

Unfortunately that man is now dead, taken by dadbod. N1 looking to carry S&F single handedly, in the only current powerlifting thread in the forum.

Just wow, wow, wow. Good chance he breaks his back and cries uncle. Or he gets enshrined as the greatest Golden ever (rip fakeB). It's gonna be a good season of N1hater, that's fosho.

Is this actually your goal? Or are you just speaking figuratively? This program will not get you huge in any sense. It will make you a much better powerlifter. I mean if that's your goal, yes do it. but if muscular size is the goal, stop and go do something else.

Had opportunity to get connected to a commercial furniture installation job. He said good pay monthly. Had w4 form filled out. Got email from the guy that he quit and is on bad terms with his boss. Wat. Never got the job. My luck...

Too bisy right now. But here is my log from yesterday. Manage to F up the feet up bench. Not sure what happened. Not as sore as i thought id be. Dont have til monday for w2d1.

Feet up bench: x10 @6, x10 @7, x10 @8, 3 down set drop 6% (repeat):

135x10 @3-4
140x10 @3-4
145x10 @4-5
150x10 @6-6.5
150x10 @10

Down set:
140x9 @8
140x8 @8
140x9 @8.5

Any experts can weigh in on this one? AFAIK they should all be around 10.

A suggestion: to prevent the devolution of your thread, you should ban all non lifting posters from posting ITT. No video or log of sq/bp/dl with a barbell= not allowed to post.
