Did you run Jan-Mar? Can you just take 3 months off and pick back up running 3mpd easily?

Yup Jan-Mar was tough. Wasn't 100% off, but definitely less than 20 miles/month for all 3 months.

I wouldn't say it's been easy getting back to the logging I've been doing for the past ~month, but most of my recent runs have been at an easy (well, easy for me) pace, and that's important. I'm sure loco/arjun/tron/PokerRon will agree that (generally speaking, depending on goals) if you want to run N times per week, then ~N-1 of those runs should be easy-paced runs.

I've never been able to push much higher than ~25 miles per week (and not more than 4-5 days per week), so knowing what my limits are definitely helps too.

5/27 - 3.5 miles - 9:03 pace.

Wanted to do ~4-4.5 at a slower pace, but, just started a new jerb yesterday and ended up letting out some pent-up energy during first mile, too fast. Next run will be easier paced for sure.

Thanks! My 5K PR is (probably) my last 3 miles from this race (but "current" is around 21:30-22:00)

181 lbs. This felt great. Would've felt amazing if I was even lighter. I'd like to be 170 lbs (again), but even just getting to the point where I hover around 172-173 lbs would be huge for my speed (and general optimism/positivity). One day at a time.
