Found this photo from a wedding three years ago.
Would like to be twenty to twenty five pounds lighter on Nov 7 which means getting in to that shirt and jacket some time in August ... it will be tough.
One reason I think I'm finding this diet more mentally draining than others is that I have so far to go ... it's weird to think you might need 10 really disciplined weeks to look like ^^^ then another ten weeks to get to 'fatass' ... another 10 weeks to get to 'normal' ... 10 more for 'in shape' ... 10 more for ooh la la ... that's all assuming no breaks in the diet.
Guys who weigh 350 lbs, it's all that times two, how disconcerting is it to think you could diet and exercise well for 6 months and you'd still be enormous? Definitely understand not even starting in that situation. And props to YTF for getting his ass in gear.
