I either over-exercised or overexposed myself to sun. Feeling very empty today. Hopefully I'm recovered by tomorrow but that's not certain. I'm going to chill out and get a bunch of work done. My tiredness and upcoming sedentary nature would normally lead to me scoffing beacoup de calories. Perhaps I'll pig myself on low calorie vegetables to stave off temptations.
