I was booked on a trip which would have had outdoor bouldering. However, it was in April and corona virus got in the way.
My scuba club keeps its rib in Portland in Dorset. We'd booked a long weekend with the plan of bouldering for a couple of days, then diving for a couple of days. There is quite a lot of climbing in that part of England - a recent Bouldering Bobat video was deep water soloing from Swanage, which is just up the road from Portland.
Yesterday, I did fingerboarding followed by upper body lifts. The hangboarding was a bit disappointing - my little finger on the right hand became slightly painful, so I took it easy to try to aavoid injuring myself.
The lifting was:
- Bent over rows, 3 sets of 5, 65 kgs
- Overhead press, 3 setts of 5, 40 kgs
- Bench, 3 sets of 5, 60 kgs
- Loads of ring dips
My weight yesterday morning was 141.5 pounds (64.3 kgs). Today it was 146.75 pounds (66.7 kgs). Lol water weight - it would be nice if I got more readings around the latter level, but I suspect it's a fluke.
