Oh, and willful ignorance of the last 200 years or so of medical science because none of it came out of China. Unless you have cancer/something serious, then western medicine works.

Fun Fact (that I'm not certain is a fact):

Traditional Chinese Medicine had a revival during the Communist Revolution even though most leaders didn't believe in it because it:

a) Served a political purpose vis a vis nationalism and anti-colonialism
b) They knew they didn't have the resources to provide healthcare to the population so believing in traditional Chinese medicine was a way to "meet the needs" of the population on the cheap.

Overall, while there are obvious disadvantages, I can't complain. Is that chicken? The play is always ribs and brisket.

Then maybe pulled pork. Then maybe sausage. Then maybe turkey if they have it. Chicken is last and usually a pass, unless dieting.

I got the chicken because I'd heard Snow's was known for their chicken. And it was very good but the brisket was the best part of the meal.
