You’re saying the effect of ramping up training on my heart after a week off will put more stress on it?
Only caveat to that theory is that .. while my heart rate wouldn’t have been going through the roof, I’ve averaged 19k steps per day plus was in the ocean at least an hour per day that week. So it wasn’t like I was sat in bed inactive
