At least half of H&F could win a loco if the started wherever they're at now and ended with your starting numbers and pics. Topping that with a loco-level performance is pretty great.

Also like consolidating into one award. Just give it to the most impressive accomplishment. If someone gets fat but PLs X kgs, there has to be some X where it is more of an accomplishment than going from, for example, lean BustoRhymes to lean and strong BustoRhymes.

I think that it will still naturally tilt towards aesthetics, which I think is fine.
