My wife is pregnant, so I’m inclined to be pretty cautious in the current situation. I feel like I should stop going to my gym for a little while. I was thinking about getting some kettlebells and doing an at home routine with those for now. I’m 5’10 165 and work out regularly; could someone give me an idea of what weight kettlebells I should buy to be able to get in a decent workout?

That's actually the correct answer. Taking an individual kid out of school won't make a difference. The action taken has to be institutional --- and like not even on a district level but larger than that.

@MLYLT Obesity is a risk factor for dying from coronavirus. Take this as motivation to not be morbidly (potentially literally, in this case) obese.

Depends on what movements you will be doing and your level of training. But 25 to 40lb seems like a reasonable range that should cover a lot.

My whole company AFAICT (AT&T) went WFH if possible today. Allegedly for 2 weeks, no one believes that. All of us have been defacto working from home for a week.

A coworker of mine's wife's coworker came down with it - I have no contact with him, he's in a different country, but that kinda freaked people out. That's as close as my team as come during work so far.

Austin had it's first cases yesterday. It'll get worse before it gets better. Almost no way students are back to school this semester IMO.

16kg, 24kg, 32kg is the basic set that will cover a lot.

Don't be old, fat, or a smoker (or have terrible hygiene) and you're pretty much doing what you can. Most of us are gonna be infected, hell maybe already have and recovered.

All the universities and schools shut down here. A lot of businesses are now work from home for at least the next 2 weeks.

And there is no toilet paper to be found.

I was probably infected as were all of my coworkers in the office. Layoffs are in the works and the bosses are pushing trying to get all the engineering and design done before the cuts are made and could care less about people getting infected. Our business is O&G and isn't diversified at all.
The coronovirus in conjunction with Russia and Saudi pushing Oil prices down is a complete **** storm. We will all be lucky to still have health insurance when we become symptomatic.
A lot of olds too.....smh

I believe in the end, Texas will have the most cases and highest death rate. A LOT of people are about to lose their jobs due to the oil prices and not have health insurance and there are a lot of bozo Trump supporters here that believe all kinds of idiotic ****.
You've got ****ing engineers believing their goddamn flu vaccine will keep them from catching it!

Those pop up test sites sure sound nice on paper until you learn you wait in line for 6 hours only to get sent home because tests ran out.

Oh and that’s after finding a way to get a doctors note to get the test in the first place

At least the ACA expanded Medicaid which I'm certain Texas adopted

I had a fairly smart friend of mine tell me that there are non-ridiculous models predicting a 50% infection rate for the U.S. and 1-2 million deaths? Seriously?
