So I was listening to drive time radio driving home and they gave out a riddle, but I got home before I heard the answer, and I want to know what it is, but I am not smart enough to figure it out on my own.

Anyways, here it goes.

1. Hairy on the outside
2. Soft and wet on the inside
3. Starts with a "c" and ends with a "t"

-There is of course an obvious answer, but I am pretty sure it isn't that, and that is what the joke is. So I was hoping one of you could help me come up with the non-obvious answer.

My hot take is they just made the policy with the singular goal of blocking that runner so they'll probably just add a second rule to cover just this person. Maximize your inclusiveness by only targeting individuals as they emerge. A sound system.

Yeah the way they were obviously only targeting her because of how dominant she was is silly though the general idea seems sound. I wonder how she'd do switching to an event that doesn't have that rule?

Well, in fairness a lot of the women's WRs (including this one) are from the late 1980s-early 1990s and involve athletes from Eastern Bloc countries, so it is probably safe to say those women had much higher T values than she does.

She has won all but one competition she's run in since the start of 2016. ~20 events.

She's pretty clearly the best ever and holds a meaningful number of the fastest 15ish times ever run. She was dominant from 09-12 as well, only really getting competition from someone actually on roids. For those that follow throwing she's basically Virgilijus mid-career.

I also agree with the Kelhus analysis of top performances. LOL at the 80s. What a time to be alive.

Men are super fast. She wouldn't qualify for anything basically ever. That was the joke I was making earlier about how someone as horrific at WLing as me could qualify for a national level comp as a woman. (albeit in a ****ty country)

Actually, I was looking at the California high school 800m state championship speeds, and any given year her speeds (when she is in top form at least) wouldn't come close to winning the race, but she would probably make the finals, so give credit where it is due.

Hadn't heard of this so I googled for 20s. Here was my first hit, u15 for FC Dallas.
