BTM may be on to one of the best birth control methods out there: Buy the girl lifting shoes right off the bat. The girl will then make a quick exit and no children due to no sex. Yes, no sex is a big downside but just looking at birth control it works.

Due to taking up a new sport and playing it 4 times a week I can now only get to the gym once a week for the next few months until I move house and get my home gym set up. What's my play here? Thinking Squat, Bench, Deadlift, OHP, Chins, Rows in some sort of logical order. Probably 5x5 volume on bench/squat, max set on DL and get that pump with high reps on the rest?

I have only got back training recently after a 6 or 7 month break and did a sort of modified SS for last few weeks and am now squatting 120 (logic units) for 5 and benching 90 for 5 but I am basically mega stuck from linear regains. I'd be happy just to maintain. Gains are unrealistic right?

The heart rate (and most likely their sweat level) of a person addicted to food that sees the buffet just put out their favorite food is most likely the same as what you get playing table tennis. Point being increased heart rate does not mean you are playing a sport, which table tennis is not.
