Gotta be some kind of record. AFAIK nobody in the top of the IFBB nor any raw powerlifters have touched this kind of incline.

Oh, almost forgot for loco. He doesn't train or eat 4lbs of steak a day or prehab or do any work, just injects 750mg/wk and sits down to eat ice cream all day. And if loco got on the test, he'd be TOO BIG. He'd be able to do this after 3 months on 300mg/wk. Because look AT THAT ONE STUDY WITH UNTRAINED MALES. THEY GAIINNEED MUSCLE ON 600/mg wk WITHOUT EVEN TRAINING!

I believe that's the gentleman who we a couple of years ago fawned over when his bench warmup involved adding 45plates each set until he was repping 600+

Also ****ing sick. Says in the description this was after flat+cg, so perhaps he could have 5ed it fresh. But alas nobody will ever give a fat strong guy as much fame and attention as a lean strong guy.

Still, I am always going to be infinitely more impressed with a tall long limbed guy incline pressing big weights over a short limbed dwarf "flat benching". So hard to cheat this lift.
