Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on with my leg. On Monday I did a workout with about 100squats/45lbs and aside from being sore the next day, my quads were fine. I jogged and they were fine. As soon as I try to run to first base it feels like a pulled muscle again and then I slipped on a pen with my left foot and got the same pain in my right leg as running.
Could this be a strained muscle or a spasm and my muscle is just locked up?

The force through your leg running is probably greater than light squats. Possibly an issue with a small muscle somewhere
