I know that this will depend on a zillion factors, but I just wanted to take a general census.

In my case I once went from 155 to 175 lbs in 3ish months then went back down to 155 in following 4ish, but those were two periods of extremes, first gorging myself on whatever I could eat during the last of my days living in the US, then spending a long time backpacking in the mountains, often expending five or six thousand calories a day for multiple consecutive days.

Now my diet is as good as it's ever been and my training is decently regular but I can't help being fat as a sow.
This was about 8yrs ago at my most out of shape when I was around 210lbs and hadn't worked out for about 2yrs.

I decided to start lifting again and cutting at the same time. My calories were 1850 a day to start. I was very strict, ate mostly the same thing every day and weighed my proteins.

For me I noticed on the scale after the first day. Then week over week. If I remember I think I lost 3 lbs a week for the first 3 wks then tapered off to about 1lb-1.5lb a week. I did this for 6 months with no break.

Mirror wise it took quite some time. I think after a month I could see like a miniscule improvement. 3 months was when I saw a noticeable difference. 6 months mark I was pretty happy and ended up around 180lbs. After that I ate normally and kept lifting pretty hard. Today I'm around 205 but body composition is quite different compared to back then.

+2 to melk and spy.

When I adjust my food, either up or down, i see results almost immediately on the scale. That's the beauty of tracking the numbers.

I appreciate the info guys. Seems like there's nothing left to do but buy a scale and start tracking (weight and calories)--a simple answer to a simple question. Before I felt like I could gain or lose weight more or less intuitively, but as my work life's become totally sedentary I have to be more conscientious.

Thirty seconds, assuming they train almost exclusively for conditioning over the next year. Also, assuming they don't just stand around not moving during the fight. Their lungs are only so big.

They are both big and strong, so bombs are a very distinct possibility assuming they get relatively close to each other at some point during the fight. Also, nearly no chance of them developing decent defense in a year. Their arms are only so long, and they both got a lot of body to defend.

Height and weight matter a lot in boxing. 6" and 100 lbs is probably considered a ****ton of difference.

The above is all based on me being, in the very distant past, a very unskilled welterweight fighter.

Eddie seems like he'll have a decent edge here.

Hopefully they structure it to be no longer than 6 rounds.

Shiet. That's not because of Covid, that's because he went off the sauce completely.

Malls are packed here in Texas. People not really distancing or wearing masks.

Mexico is a dumpster grease fire going out of control and they are about to come out of lockdown. There are millions of Americans who live in Mexico and millions with dual citizenship. They can travel freely across the border. Some of the border hospitals in southern cal are flooded with these folks.

WTF man. What kind of donk strategy is going on? We are all going to eventually get it unless you remain holed up til there is a vaccine. So decide soon, holed up or just get it anyways?

I will be getting antibody testing next week and starting my casino tour once again.

Haven't decided yet. But I think I have antibodies. I was in all the hotspots and had mini symptoms.

I am healthy as a horse but if I was fat I would definitely stay at home and just play online poker.

What bothers me now is that a lot more people gonna die. With the strategy currently being employed across the United States and no 14 day quarantine required of international travelers, well we are in the same facking situation as March!!

The correct strategy is universal testing, universal access to good masks and required in public, and testing or 14 day quarantine for people coming into the country.

But they are not doing that. I am going to talk to my rich sister and probably help pay for my mom to stay home til there is a vaccine.

My mom probably has like a 20% chance of dying if she gets Corona. And with the strategy they using now in Texas, probably a 40% chance she gets it before a vaccine is found.

8%?!!! Ouch. Stay home mom!!!!!

It seems most people who are sure they had CV didn't have it.

The truth is it seems it actually isn't super infectious. It seems you have to be in an enclosed indoor space in close proximity with someone in the infectious phase to get it. And even then a lot of people are getting exposed but not infected. Whether this is due to some level of "natural" immunity (eg from previous coronavirus infections) or just variance I don't know.

But you were traveling around the country living your life while most of us already were quarantined in our homes, so obviously your chances are higher than most.

Either way, let us know how it goes.

I'm pretty sure I still have my Driveline T-shirt at home. Haven't worn it in a long time as I haven't gone for any PRs lately.

should also note I've trained at Driveline. I'm one of their success stories.

Wont' judge Kyle's pudge too much. Growing a business like that from scratch is no joke. And he actually looks better in the interview than he does in some old pics. He'll be lookin solid & tight at some point in the future.

If true, Lord of the Squat should have been in that vid. Clearly one of kyleb's most impressive accomplishments.

Is there a TR in your log somewhere?
