Thirty seconds, assuming they train almost exclusively for conditioning over the next year. Also, assuming they don't just stand around not moving during the fight. Their lungs are only so big.
They are both big and strong, so bombs are a very distinct possibility assuming they get relatively close to each other at some point during the fight. Also, nearly no chance of them developing decent defense in a year. Their arms are only so long, and they both got a lot of body to defend.
Height and weight matter a lot in boxing. 6" and 100 lbs is probably considered a ****ton of difference.
The above is all based on me being, in the very distant past, a very unskilled welterweight fighter.
