So it's simple if you disregard 90% of the program?

Semi-trolling. Only semi though. And obv agree with the main principle.

id be suprised if that program had as much to do with locos success as the accountability of having a coach, a solid diet and most importantly an iron will.

Wtf is a zercher squat and why does my new programming have two lower days a week. Does not compute.

In before all of H&F agrees.

so your point is that loco had good success on that program despite the program being way down the list of important factors? cool story bro.

Accountability of having a coach is monstrous. This guy is very motivational and inspiring. Old man is in his 50s and he tears it up at 240 <10% bf (literally, his ham is cooked from heavy deadlifts).

No? I was trolling the "simple" part, when it's hard to deem it simple by any non-******ed standards.

seems like you really liked the volvo so buy the volvo.

Then immediately hit a patch of ice as you leave the dealership and total that bitch.
12-30-2012 , 04:33 PM
Volvo used to be owned by Ford, nobody bought them, now they're owned by a company that makes cheap Chinese cars.

Also
I haven't done any lifting in about 8 weeks due to unavoidable circumstances. Found an opportunity to do some neutral pull ups.

11 full range pullups without slowing down at 199 lbs. #meme

You guys are stuck with 10rd mags for everything too, right?

That DD stick is soooooo nice, and they actually had a run available two days ago, and seem to be the only people who even have parts to build them, even if slowly right now. I should call 'em and get one.

Everything else right now is just ridiculous due to panic pricing. There are no AR's to be found in any shops in the country.
