Dec goals:

-keep lifting
-start logging

1) Yugo wins all low content threads on 2p2. Well done. Cross forum mastery takes years to develop.

2) Alinea's amazing but the desserts have been uniformly underwhelming on every visit. I wish they would just hire a pastry chef.

My goals for this month:

Eat better. Gym 5x/week. Get stronger (specifics: +20 BP, +30 SQ, +30 DL).

Very thinly veiled brag.

Haven't posted in STT in years, so I don't know what Yugo posts there, but he keeps us on our toes over here... I don't remember exactly what he said, but it was something in reference to 10% of his pics being dudes.

Gl with lifting goals. Where do you lift?

Soulman,

I spend something like 110% of my (pretax) income on food and drink, so maybe not such a good brag. =(

dt,

Thanks for the heads up on the trannies, always obliged. I lift/etc at Kru on Clark. Where Know No Limits was, I think, just south of Winona. TY as well for the luck. Fortunately, my lifts are currently pathetic so those goals should be attainable.

STTF 2006 stand up!

The meat in some of Applebees' commercials jiggles in a way that makes me uncomfortable when they slo-mo drop it onto the plate.

Does this mean you're doing SS or some other "real lifts" type program? Cool!

Just lifted, did a short ball sesh and then smashed some pumpkin curry, so tasty. Shaping up to be a pretty good day. Waking up by 9 helps, still gotta a lotta sweet stuff to go and do.

A pleasant 102.2 here today.

Which of these guys would you say have used steroids?

Spoiler:

Sheez. Those fake looking tans are so off-putting.
12-03-2012 , 08:48 PM
Agree. FWIW someone on my facebook knows the guy on the right and she asked me whether I have the ambition to become as big as him.

I feel stupid for training so many years and barely looking like I even lift most of the time.
12-03-2012 , 08:50 PM
You've been training for many years? I thought you just started like me.

Either way, I'm guessing you're in much better shape than you were in before you started. Just keep progressing, and you'll be doing great.
12-03-2012 , 08:51 PM
That's what I mean

I guess I could've checked the thread. I'm ill. My crud-filled head is to blame here.

Blech.

I've eaten so much today. Feed a cold, right? I'm gonna put down close to 3k cals today.

****.

Unfortunately correct. I will be in the greater MSP area this coming weekend to spend my hard earned cash on a set to watch AP potentially run over the aged Bears D. And listen to that F*&%in viking horn. It's much louder & more annoying in person than TV allows you to hear.

PS Still looking for 2-3 tickets (surprisingly scarce online)....more expensive than I would've thought.
