I have teh SM tinybro sickness.

The good news is that I'll likely lose weight.

The bad news is that it'll prob be 93% muscle mass.

I feel like DW's toilet- gross

I think she lifted as a 165. So there's some numbers for you to shoot for beata.
Lol, one day dude. I hope. Was it the SPF meet?

unfortunately i did not manage to find any pie, only a frozen burrito. it was delicious

--------------------

my only goals this month are to hit 225x1 bench and pull 405 for a double to end the year

My only goal is to figure out a good 3 day lifting schedule that works with my new job I start on Friday. May need to switch to evening sessions.
12-02-2012 , 12:22 PM
My goals are pretty much to hit every 5/3/1 workout and keep progressing upwards
12-02-2012 , 01:03 PM
Goal is to eat more and finally bulk. Haven't been able to pull the trigger. I eliminated a lot of foods this year and its hard to start them again. Yesterday I went to the buffet and loaded up with plain chicken breast and broccoli. I was stuffed and barely had room for anything else. 500 whopping calories at a buffet??! I drink two beers and think its ****ing nasty.

I maybe be too far down the healthnut tootinybro camp boys. Need good microbrew or good barbecue to get out of this deep deep well of ingrained habits.

Yup.

I watched a good portion of the stream. Crazy seeing a 500 pound attempt dl for a woman. So beastly

Ugh. Gonna push me over the edge. I was really hoping that my friend would buy a pie so I could have one piece and not the whole thing. But if I learn how to make it myself I'm screwed.

Steak, ribs, and pecan pie.

And peanut butter.

My roommate bought a .75 lb chunk of bacon. Cut up and fried the whole thing. It was 1800 calories and 180 grams of fat. Ridiculous. He's bulking and hates eating and wants to get fat and can't wait to cut. ****.

Like loco, I'm trying to get used to eating a bit more. Haven't been that hungry while away from the gym. BW was about 225.5 yesterday (weighed 227 in gym gear). Here is my breakfast:

~1/2 lb ground beef, 2 fried eggs, some mozzarella, toasted bun and a diet dew (still prefer diet drinks).

I bought an item for ~$100 on ebay. Usps marked it as delivered, but no package can be found. obviously i assume it was stolen, but is it worth contacting ebay or the post office about it? what about the seller?
12-02-2012 , 03:15 PM
Post office obviously, nothing to do with ebay.

I agree with Big Poppa. May need to fix that tonight. Veggies and fruit are overrated.

I know this has been covered before but soda at breakfast genuinely makes me feel ill.

I thought only ytf had cheeseburgers and diet soda for breakfast.

Pecan pie is meh.

There, I said it.

Almonds are delicious. You will all probably be shocked to learn that you have been mispronouncing it all this time and that almond rhymes with salmon. JF already knows that I'm sure, but everyone else, well...

I hope you substituted a solid portion of creme fraiche on your eggs to make up for that.

This just makes me sad. Gotta go to a buffet that has bread pudding apparently.

Not possible. Pretty sure they can only be underrated or mayyyybe properly rated in the USA#1.
