He worked a lot of weight off doing a lot of cardio. Often hr long plus cardio session on machines and stuff, and that is the part I don't agree with. He did this over months and months, not sure how long, but a fair bit. I mentioned to him a while ago he should be lifting too, not just losing all the weight then doing it, and weeks later (today) he got back around to me asking that question.
