Would this work for say a mental issue like Autism Spectrum and vague-ish mental health problems that u can fake the worst symptoms for?

'murican health coverage is ****ing complicated
It doesn't quite work like that.
If you go to the ER, someone has to see you (normally a doctor, but I guess these days a nurse practitioner may be sufficient in some places) and evaluate you. All they're looking to do is fix or at least stabilize any acute problem, which if left untreated would lead to death or some other bad outcome. If that requires a specialist, then they'll generally get one to see you there if it truly can't wait until the next day or two.
The same works for mental stuff, but unless you are a threat to yourself or others, it's generally not really an emergency. If they think you might be, in most urban areas there is some sort of psych ER they can send you to and if the psychiatrist thinks you are a danger to yourself or others they can commit you to a facility. During that time you'll probably see a psychiatrist regularly until they feel like you are no longer a threat, at which point they release you.
So, even with faking, going to the ER is unlike to result in effective treatment for Autism Spectrum stuff.
Above is somewhat brief and simplified, and there are all kinds of exceptions, but the broad strokes are there.
